+ -1 moreHe is calm. He is almost always on time. Once or twice he had to cancel but that was for other reasons. He is highly skilled and his work is good. He advised me on the type of wood to buy. His prices are reasonable. I can leave him in my house and go off. It is not a problem.
Description of Work: Martin Wolfe is the handyman I use for odd jobs at my apartment building and my house. He put in a wooden floor about 2 months ago.

Description of Work: Marty Wolfe has done a series of excellent jobs around my 5 unit apartment building. He does perfect painting, repair of the stucco, cleaning up, general upkeep of the building. Always on time, work is done neatly and always cleans up after the job. I will continue to use his service any time I need to have something done. He is reliable, his prices are always fair. Pleasant personality to work with.

+ 0 moreVery smoothly. Marty came out and gave me a free estimate of the job as well as ideas for other projects I plan to do in the future. He purchased the paint and within 3 days had completed the project. Very easy to work with. And he presents as knowledgeable and engaged in helping.
Description of Work: Marty did extensive wall preparation (scraping, priming) and painted my exterior garage on two sides where the sun had caused very bad peeling to the wood surfaces. He also waterblasted the eaves on the entire exterior of my home. He works alone, is very thorough, responsible, and creative. And his price was very reasonable! He has since assisted me with referrals to other service professionals. He is excellent at maintaining communication about a project, which is refreshing and unusual. I will be using Marty again to help me with a number of home repair and remodeling projects.

+ 4 moreI am a retired teacher, he helped me perform needed work on my properties. In every case he worked up to expectations. I met Martin in 1993 and have used his services on and off since then. I have recommended him to many friends, all have been satisfied with his performance.
Description of Work: Painting exterior house. Painted exterior rental property - five units. Painted interior house. Carpentry - repaired stairs, fence, doors. Yard clean up - trimmed trees, and removed trash.
