 + -1 moreOn time for free pickup, took a little longer than she said. They brought it back and carried it upstairs. The fabric looked good, but was a little looser fitting than I would have liked. Not serious enough to bring back, but does bag a bit after sitting on it for a while...but smooths right out with a fluff.
Description of Work: Reupholster love seat.

They did high quality work, and brought the items in and out at no extra charge. They were very helpful in helping me choose the style I wanted. They were very professional.
Description of Work: They reupholstered a couch and two chairs. I had my own material.

 + -1 moreThe workmanship is fantastic. They took a little more time that expected, but they replaced part of the sofa frame that was broken free of charge. It's like having a new sofa! I will be having them redo our wingback chairs next.
Description of Work: They restuffed and re-upholstered a 3 seater sleeper sofa. The price included the canvas material and scotch-guarding. They also replaced the wood where the mattress mechanism attaches for no extra cost.

 + -1 moreA FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. THEY WERE INEXPENSIVE, FAST WITH THEIR SERVICE, AND ACCOMMODATING TO MY BUSY SCHEDULE. THEY HELPED ME ON A SUNDAY. THEY AIMED TO PLEASE.
Description of Work: SOFA WAS PICKED UP FROM MY HOUSE. SHE HELPED ME PICK OUT FABRIC AND CHANGED THE CONNECTED PILLOW TO NOT BEING CONNECTED. REPAIRED CUSHIONS AND REUPHOLSTERED CHAIR AND OTTOMAN.

 + -1 moreI WAS QUITE HAPPY, AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. ONCE THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP, THEY FORGOT THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME. THEY CAME PROMPTLY SOON AFTER.
