+ -1 moreMr. Alavez worked today in both my houses. At my house is replaced fixtures/washers in my shower and bathtub which stopped a hot water leak that had occurred in the morning. At my mothers place next door he snaked out her bathtub drain and checked her commode. I called him in the morning and he promised to get to me today because of the leaking water. He arrived sooner than we both anticipated and set everything straight. Mr. Alavez is courteous and professional. His prices are fair and I added extra. I will definitely call him again.

+ -1 moreI called Mariano in the morning when we discovered we didn't have any hot water. He told me he was busy all day but could come at 6pm. Because we have worked with him before and he does great work, I agreed to wait. He called us around 7pm (we left him some messages, starting to wonder if he would be able to come out after all) and assured us he was on his way. He fixed the problem that evening. It went well and we would call him again for any plumbing problem.
Description of Work: He changed the thermocouple on water heater (water heater was not producing hot water).
