Description of Work: I purchased a $349 package for 4 hours of handyman work. All of which was performed in my 2 bathrooms. Marco was on time and very professional, but I had to pay an extra $200 because it took him so long. I thought he would be done in less than 4 hours and did not expect it would take so long. Also I took the day off from work and Had a scheduled appointment at 4, he still wasn't done with the work, so I left him a check for $200.00

Hi [Member name removed] thank you for your comments That helps to improve my services I am feeling so bad about your experience Because you you had to leave you don't know what happen You know the motor you have doesn't exist At least not in Home Depot. Look for that takes a while Then I have modified what Home Depot has In order to save you probably $600 Iooll you that before in the site job Also went you order to tight the toilet I did after you left I found the real problem At the time to do the text guess what leak again Every plumber knows if you use the wax one time you can used again But and that exactly moment at the time to remove the wax ring I found the real problem Your toilet drain set was complete broken And the last plumber glue that down which is not right Because I can be able to removed for the time you purchase that takes About 3 hrs I went again to the store to buy a drain repair toilet connector The $200 hundred. You forgot. To mentioned that was for cover the materials I left you materials. And you still owe me $51 that I didn't ask you to pay i charge you for one hr and it was two I am really sorry if f you are not satisfied I did everything to do so Ps The other toilet probably has the same problem Best regards

Description of Work: Marco secured several tall pieces of furniture to the wall for earthquake proofing. He was very professional and did excellent work. The only problem was he changed the date he would arrive twice before he came to do the work. I would highly recommend him if you are flexible about time.
