Marco was professional and prompt. He brought a helper, as I had requested, and moved some very heavy pieces of furniture without incident. I would definitely call him in the future.

Thanks -Are we still ok for tomorrow at 6? -Hi Carlo I just took a job that is gonna take me 2 or 3 week from next Monday. I dont know if you can wait really sorry I can't attend the appointment. Tomorrow -So last week I told you I had urgent things that have to be fixed and I waited for you since we agreed on the appointment for tomorrow, and I did an appointment with my tennant at 6 as we agreed, less than 24hrs prior the appointment not only you where unable to be kind enough to let me know and not wait until I contact you, but you took another job that is going to take 3 weeks, I am just so glad I was unable to find out the degree of profesionalism you have before even starting to work with you. -Very good Carlo This client came before you I am very professional attending. Marco and his assistants were fantastic. I had a very specific design in mind for a custom built-in cabinet for my hallway. Marco came by to look at the space and discuss the plan I had and gave me an estimate that evening. We agreed on the price and the very next day he was there with his men and began. I am a very picky person - Marco discussed each step along the way to make sure the project was staying to my liking. He pointed out problems with my original design and offered suggestions to remedy the problems. Long story short the cabinet came out beautifully. The materials are great - the painting is perfect - I couldn't be happier. They were very respectful to my home - the demolition portion of the project was very well done. I have many more projects in mind and Marco is the first person I will call.

Marco was very prompt, efficient and very honest & upfront. He came across as professional and ready to work.

Marco showed up right when he said he would. I had him do some minor plumbing and work on my kitchen door and fix the latch on my screen door. The work was top notch and done quickly. He was very helpful and polite the whole time he was here.

From looking at photos of his other jobs, it appears he has some skills, but he could not justify his price, nor could he properly estimate the job so I could use his services without risking throwing too much money into the job.

Overall, I'm very pleased with end product. I was able to negotiate price, schedule and had input in all stages of work.

Came out and did an estimate. He was friendly and professional. I didn't use him because his price was too high for me. I would use him for another estimate, and if the price was right would hire him for the job.

Marco arrived on time with his helper David. The two worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. The first coat of paint didn't have time to dry the first day, so they returned and finished the next day without any complaints. They put all of the trash were I requested and even did a little extra without asking for additional money but I paid them for the work.

Marco is much better than most licensed general contractors. He really cares about doing the job right. He provided a flat rate for labor and provided materials at cost. His estimates as to both time and money were accurate. He arrived on time each and every day and the work progressed without dealy or interruption. He discussed the pros and cons of various materials and construction techniques. Marco is both clever and resourceful - he was able to pull the listing structure into position with little problem. He built temporary walls to hold the structure in place while he worked and reinforced the structurewith better Sampson strong ties and bigger posts and beams. Clean up and haul away of debris was thorough. All and all a good experience working on a steep hillside in Mt. Washington.

He did a very good job and I was pleased with it. He was reasonably price and was helpful. He was basically here on time and got done on time. There were no problems and it was good all around. I would use him again.

I called Marco on a Friday because we had had new counters installed in our kitchen and needed help reconnecting the garbage disposal and putting in new kitchen sink fixtures. He called back on Saturday and apologized for not calling sooner, which I thought was crazy since I had called less than 24 hours earlier on a Friday afternoon. He said he was pretty busy and offered to come by Sunday morning to help us. He showed up right on time, worked hard and even made trip to Home Depot to get the right hoses. He was great and I plan to use him again for handyman work around the house.

Marco arrived on time every day and worked hard to complete his tasks, asking questions if he had any doubts about what we needed to happen. He and his helper were courteous and professional.

The guy can do everything, although he is not certified. He came out and fixed things that other people had already come out to fix. He is very thorough and doesn't just cover things up. There have been things that he has seen that he has just had to change or fix, because they were wrong that he won't charge me for. He does a very good job. It has been a very good experience. Marco isn't the cheapest, but the work is just fabulous. I think that the quality of work is worth the price. He has a very good eye or art and colors. He is very courteous and not informal. He is very warm and respectful. I can always get a hold of him if I have a question. He always lets me know if a plan changes or something comes up.
