+ -1 moreI have terminated his services because of the cost. It was $80 every other week and I don't have a lot of grass. It was very expensive and he wasn't doing very much. He stopped coming and ended up sending somebody else and I saw a decline in the level of service.

+ -1 moreHis work is great. When he comes out you can make out the difference in the yard. It is tidier, cleaner and things look trimmed. I live in the hillside and there are bamboos that grow next to the steps that go to the bottom unit. He or his workers cut the bamboos without my permission which annoyed me but other than that they do great work.
Description of Work: Mr. Rosa trims, mows and cleans up the lawn for me once in every other week. He also gets rid of any dropped leaves of my trees and does yard work.
