+ -1 moreMr. Gomez showed up on the first day and did exactly what I asked him and worked very hard. After that, his workers came and did almost nothing except rake leaves. After repeatedly explaining what I wanted and did not want done, they did not pay attention. Each time I had to ask them before leaving to finish the work. When I was not present they did as little as possible. Sometimes they did not show up, when I called Mr. Gomez he did not return my calls. When I finally reached him, he was unaware that they did not show up. I asked him to call and let me know when they would arrive so I could leave the gate open, but he never returned my calls. Very lazy, overpriced and unprofessional service.
Description of Work: Bi-monthly simple gardening and yard service.

+ -1 moreVERY HUMBLE AND REASONABLE PERSON. FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE, AND HE DOESN'T MIND DOING LITTLE EXTRA WORK FOR SAME PRICE. VERY RELIABLE PERSON THAT WILL ALWAYS GIVE YOU AN HONEST OPINION.
Description of Work: MANUEL COMES ON A WEEKLY BASIS AND MOWS LAWN, TRIMS BUSHES, CHECKS WATER SPRINKLERS, AND REPAIRS ANY BROKEN HEADS FOR SAME PRICE.
