The experience was fine. They worked quickly and cleaned up. We were very satisfied with them.
Description of Work: I used Magic Windows last week for roofing. It was a tar and stone roof. They tore off the old one and put on a new roof. They did windows a month ago.

The day after the roof was completed, the contractor's brother and partner came out to measure the opening for the doors in my dining room. He whined that his other partner bid too low, and get this: he wanted ME to contact the distributor of the doors I had purchased and have THEM install the doors - right after the Magic Windows" team "cut an opening" for them to be installed. Truth. Smelling a rat, and sitting with a contract I had signed like a fool, I did nothing. I went online and checked my credit card to see that I had been charged $7500 for the roof. No calls back, no contact, nothing. Total bid was $8000. THEY decided the roof alone was a $7500, not me. Makes me wonder what the poor subcontractor received from these clowns. I know I have a case to sue, but it would make me sick to cross paths with them, and it just isn't worth the time. These guys are predators. Any suggestions?
Description of Work: This "contractor" gave me a bid on replacing my flat roof, as well as opening a wall in my dining room and installing a set of bi-fold doors. The company sent out a team of laborers and a sub-contractor to do the roof. They came and completed the job in two days. No problems. No other work stipulated in the contract was ever started.
