Bait and switch. Quoted $79 service call and all he had to do was reconnect the gas line and he charged $320... I called him and he said this is his fixed price. I said why wasn't there a parts and materials list on the invoice and he said this was his fixed price given to my daughter. I will never use Angies list again given that they don't vet their referrals

Sir please don’t give wrong information. We charged you only for repair job we done. Also gas line was installed we didn’t touch your gas line. The dryer wasn’t heat because of Gas Valve Opening and Closing Unit was broken and we changed it that parts and we clean inside of the dryer. Please look on invoice and you see in parts descriptions section we wrote it labor and parts. You wasn’t there your daughter ask us also check the washer and we check it without charge you any money . Thanks for your feedback however

I would not hire nor recommend Magic Master. My washer is still not working after changing a couple parts. Not capable of doing a Complete Full Diagnostic. So I’m left with a washer that is still not working.

Dear Customer, When we came the first time, we checked everything and found out that your water valve and water lines were not working. We changed both and your washer started working completely fine. Later on, second time you called us, you said that your drain wasn’t spinning. We came and spin was fine. We did our job, and everything was fixed. If you are not happy, then feel free to contact a different company. We value our customers and they are always happy with our service!
