They are really great. They cleaned in like two hours. They did a great job. The only problem is they can not do last minute appointments, you need a couple days ahead. It is reasonable, but it would be nicer for me for the last minute. Sometimes they take a little while to get back to you.

Although the cleaners were very thorough they worked very slowly and weren't even half way done at the end of 4 hours. They didn't even clean the living room or kitchen. They asked us if they could continue working after the 4 hour time. We felt we were being taken advantage of because they asked if they could work longer and they charge by the hour. One of the cleaners broke the valance on our blinds but she did let us know as well as offer to pay for it. 3/19/13 We also discovered that a computer desk is now wobbling very badly and we are having trouble finding things because they were not put back where they found them. 3/19/13 Decided to email the company to let them know about my disappointing experience with their service. Received an immediate response from Kandiie who was very gracious and wanting to do anything to fix our poor impression of their company. Offered to reimburse us for any damage items as well as to send out another crew at no charge to finish cleaning the house. 3/22/13 Alma and Arturo came out to clean the kitchen and living room. Both were very professional, fast and efficient. Finished the 2 rooms in 2 hours. If they had been the first pair to come out I would have rated this an A overall, but as I'm averaging the 2 experiences I will upgrade this to a B. Customer service definitely deserves an A. They were very responsive to my complaint and they followed up after the cleaners left to make sure were wer satisfied. Thank Kandiie!

They do a good job, and I am set up on a monthly service. That's good.

They did a really good job and used the cleaning product i requested. They arrived on time and finished when they said they would.

First off, the customer service was excellent. Laura G was very responsive and helpful. The two maids, Sandy and Alma arrived punctually and were very professional. They asked what I wanted done and then went to work. They needed no instruction and I was able to go into my home office and work. They did a very nice job in 2 1/2 hours. Highly recommend.

I contacted the company through Angie's List and by phone. No responses. Maybe they are no longer open. Maybe they have enough customers. In any case, bad sign for their level of service and professionalism.

I hired them on a every two week basis. I have no complaints about the work. The two women arrived on time and did an outstanding job. They came several weeks in a row. Then, I had to change the date and time and the office didn't call me back. I called back again and again, no response.

Ladies were great, but the price for what you get is too much.

Ruby and Veronica showed up on time and were very professional. They dusted, wiped and cleaned every surface. The oven was shining when they were finished and they even cleaned the window screens. The only issue is that its expensive.

They arrived early and asked specifically what I wanted cleaned. We went over my list and they started working right away. Cleaned 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, dusted, vaccummed sofa's, chairs, behind beds, cleaned baseboards and corners. Continued working for 4-1/2 hours. They brought their own supplies and cleaning products. I did miss the "clean smell" that I am used to. Their products must have been odor-free.

They do a real thorough job. They are really expensive. You get what you pay for with them. They are very good. I would absolutely use them again.

It went ok, I just wasn't impressed.

They were just incredible from the first phone call. They took the information right away. I had a couple of questions about pricing specifics and they got back to me. When they got to the house they were extremely professional and got the job done in the amount of time they had quoted. Their price was very comparable to other services. I would definitely recommend them and I would absolutely use them again.

They were the best. The price was good. The quality was terrific. They were great and I had no complaints. I will use them again on January 4.

Maggy Maid did a fabulous job for my bachelor son. While they are a bit pricey they are worth every penny. From the staff (Cynthia and Jen) who co-ordinate times and crew, to the actual people who do the cleaning...awesome, professional, honest and thorough. Have them on speed dial .Hard to find such professionalism in today's world. They really care about service and will immediately follow up if you are dissatisfied in any way. I cannot imagine any other housecleaning service could be any better!!!!

This company is great. We called them when our housecleaner quit, and they sent one of their teams. They first did a cleaning and determined how long it would take for the two of them to clean the house. They spent the same amount of time as the solo housecleaner did, but they do a 10X better job. They cost a reasonable amount per hour. When we opted to have them come every week, they gave us a discount for the regular business. Every week the supervisors send me an email and ask how it went. So far, I have not been able to find a fault in what they have done. They are on-time, friendly, efficient, and will accommodate one's wishes about how to do your house (start in this or that room, for example). This company has made our life more enjoyable by making our house cleaner on a constant basis.

They were wonderful. They did a super amazing job. It took them about 4-5 hours. They did really clean every single nook and cranny of the house. They did a great job. They were on time. They were very nice people. They do speak English, but Spanish will be helpful.

They showed up on time and the cleaning lasted about 3.5 hours. They were extremely thorough. I can't really find fault with anything they did.

Fredis and Iris arrived on time and began working immediately. I walked them around initially to show them how we needed certain items cleaned and were willing to use some of our cleaning products on special items. Their first visit took about 4 hours and they were very thorough. Their next visit only took 2.5 hours and they were just as thorough. Once completed they waled around with me to make sure I was satisfied before leaving. We had previously been using a service that had a flat rate and they briskly cleaned our place only lighly cleaning the surfaces. I would reccommend using a service like this that charges a reasonable hourly rate and get the job done right. We actually now spend less using Maggy Maids than we did with the other company and Fredis and Iris do a far superior job. It is also nice that we get the same people every time so I don't have to rexplain anything and can just relax and play with my son while they are here.

It was a very good experience and I would definitely use MM again. All conversations and emails with the MM staff have been pleasant and professional. Jose, the estimator, walked through my place with me and estimated that it would take a team of two cleaners five hours to clean my 2 BR, 2.5 BA condo. The team arrived on time and, once we discussed what I wanted done, they went right to work. It did take them the full 5 hours, but there was a lot of work to do. The ktichen and bathrooms look fresh and clean, the laminate floors are positively glowing now, the carpets look like new. One of the ladies even wiped down the exterior of the front door as she was leaving. I couldn't be happier with the results.

They did an excellent job, and I was very impressed. The maids arrived on time and did an extremely thorough job.
