+ -1 moreThis place rocks! Kaya is SO helpful and patient. I had to replace the hard drive on my MacBook Pro. Not only did he complete the repairs same day (same afternoon), the cost of an upgraded hard drive, plus additional RAM, and labor was less than what was originally quoted by the "other guy" to just replace the hard drive. As fate would have it, some issues developed with the new hardware as soon as I brought it home. Kaya not only worked quickly (because of my travel schedule), he also never "nickel and dimed" me for the extra repairs and time spent. I highly recommend him. His location is very convenient to West LA, parking is super easy (watch out for the meter times - it snuck up on me once - there's convenient parking in back). He answered all my questions initially over the phone and when I brought my laptop in, he reviewed the repairs he was to make and gave an estimate for completing the repairs.
Description of Work: Replaced and upgraded hard drive in MacBook Pro laptop. Ugraded RAM. Problem-solved and resolved subsequent problems with operation of laptop.
