+ -1 moreOverall, they're just okay. They sent me home with the computer and it didn't work. So I gave them one more chance. Again, when I got home it didn't work. I requested a refund on the $250 I paid, which they granted, but they charged me a diagostic fee of $45.
Description of Work: I have a Mac laptop that is about 4 years old. The screen wasn't working. They repaired it and charged me $250.

+ -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCE WAS POSITIVE. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE TO OUR PHONE CALLS AND QUESTIONS. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY NICE AND PROMPT, AND IT WAS VERY, VERY INEXPENSIVE. THEY GAVE ME A SOFTWARE UPGRADE WHICH WAS NICE. IT WAS VERY GOOD. I SENT MY COMPUTER IN AT 11 IN THE MORNING, AND I GOT IT BACK AT 4 IN THE EVENING.
Description of Work: THEY ERASED MY OPERATING SYSTEM AND REPLACED IT WITH A NEW ONE.

+ -1 moreIT WAS FREE BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY. THEY WERE ALL RIGHT BUT THE COMPUTER MADE MORE NOISE WHEN I GOT IT BACK. THAT'S A COMMON PROBLEM, BUT IT'S ANNOYING. IT WORKED. I JUST FILLED OUT SOME PAPERWORK, AND THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE DOOR FIXED IT. I NEVER MET THEM OR TALKED TO THEM.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE POWER SUPPLY ON A DESKTOP.
