Both CSR- April and Marcus Brown, plumber technician provided excellent customer service. I was very pleased with the quick response time, the status of the work and the completion/close-out of the service order. April coordinated the service request with every ease and confidence. I explained to April that this is a tenant occupied duplex and that all communication should go through me. April was very thoughtful and considerate to my wishes. Marcus upheld the same thoughtfulness and consideration which ensured me that the message was relayed to him by April. Marcus informed me when he arrived on site - the service he performed - retesting - and completion of the job. Its great to know that there are trade professionals - small business owners that believe in customer service, follow through and follow-up. I am an advocate for strengthening the growth of my community; It was nice to learn that they do a lot of good things and work in the community. I am recommending them to as many neighbors, friends and professional I work with in the real estate industry. Thank you all.

Everything went great with the sewer line. I am very pleased that it all turned out so well. They were so cheap. Actually, they wanted half of what others were charging. They were very professional. They worked hard, cleaned up everything, and got the job done.
