They were great and there were no problems. The guy was super nice and he was very professional and efficient.

I've used Rich (owner) before for both my office and my home. The carpets at my office see a lot of foot traffic, along with oily residue from our clients' feet (we are a wellness center with massage therapy treatments). I originally found this company through a trade network we both belonged to. I was immediately impressed with how clean he got our carpets! We clean our carpets about every 6 months because of the heavy commercial traffic. The next time I needed to clean them, I called Rich, but learned he had left the trade network. I tried a different company within the network (because that way you're bartering, instead of shelling out real dollars), but I was horrified at the terrible job they did. My carpets looked exactly the same when they were finished. I then called Rich, and had him come in and do it over - even though he was no longer part of the barter network. Rich is the only one who's been able to return my carpets to 'like new' conditions. He doesn't use harsh chemicals, and is always punctual and efficient. He's extremely flexible regarding scheduling/performing the service, and works around our business hours. After trying (and paying too much for) other companies, I'll never use anyone else but Loz Feliz Carpet Care.
