+ -1 moreThey were polite, funny and considerate. I have a very friendly German Sheppard mix at home. One of the installers, I believe his name was Dave, came in and pet her and made her feel comfortable. After that, our dog didn't care about him coming in and out of the house. They took his time and explained the benefits, the process, and answered all of my questions. The key points that my wife appreciated was the fact that there's no upfront cost to get the solar panels, it's renewable energy, and we are saving money - particularly with the ever increasing costs at BG&E. We've now have had our solar panels installed for 4 months, we saving money, and doing our part for the environment. After the install, Tom showed up! I didn't even expect to see him. Not only that, but he showed up with pizza for the crew and our family. Even lollipops for the kids! He went above and beyond with us. I highly recommend giving Los Angeles Solar Panels a call!
Description of Work: Los Angeles Solar Panels was amazing through the entire process. Our representative, Ryan, was the perfect salesman. He wasn't pushy at all. He was informational and he always checked in on us along the way. We had our install yesterday. The crew was amazing from start to finish.
