The crew started with the tear off of the old 25 year old Roofing system and worked hard throughout the heat of the summer and left the grounds clean and accessable. Work progressed with the schedule in mind, and completed the work for the High and steep gabled portions to ensure a daily watertightness in case of rains. The crews were able to lift the roof mounted AC units and installed the new metal flashings and New membrane system.
Description of Work: As a Construction Manager who assists Homeowner Association through out Southern California, I have had the pleasure of working with Lomeli Roofing to remove and replace an entire roof system on a 25 unit Condominium project in Studio City. Lomeli was ontime, on budget and very proactive addressing the needs of the members of the 25 members of the Association. All workers were effecient, clean and went out of their way to ensure a proffesional and complet job. I have the highest recommendation for Ruben Lomeli and his Company.

Dealing with a Homeowners' Association is never easy, but Ruben Lomeli handled it with diplomacy and friendliness. His crew showed up early and worked late every day in record breaking heat. They are all polite and dealt with the difficulty of the job (removing and replacing AC units, gutters, satellite dishes) like true professionals. If I ever move to my own house, I'll definitely use Lomeli Roofing again!

Mr. Lomeli and his crew could not have been more diligent or more pleasant to deal with. They showed up early every morning, and worked until sundown, which in the middle of the summer, is a very long, hot day. They replaced the entire roof on my house and my garage in only four days, and it looks fantastic. Not only did they do a great job, but their bid was the lowest of the three estimates that we got. I would not hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them to others.

Lameli roofing responded quickly and were very punctual. I am still investigating and getting other estimates on the bid. They told me I need four attic vents and some shingled replaced and added to some areas.
Description of Work: My neighbor called Lameli roofing to check on their roof. They were told their roof was fine, but my roof needed some minor repairs and some attic vents which are now required on new roofing.
