Lisa Pound

Lisa is amazing! We met her at an Open House and were immediately impressed by how knowledgeable and helpful she was without being high pressure. She was the only agent we met at Open Houses that we felt we would want to work with. She helped us look for a home for a few months, but in the end we decided to wait. She NEVER made us feel guilty for backing off and was cheerful and helpful throughout. Then this year, we felt we were ready and started the process again. We knew we wanted Lisa to help us. She knew the area we were interested in block by block! She talked with us at length to try and discern what we were looking for (we didn't even know!). We must have looked for 5 months, and Lisa was ALWAYS patient. She was always helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable. She got us into homes early and positioned us so that we could make a good offer if we chose but never pressured us. One time, we were going to put a bid on a house but we were ambivalent. We were gonna sign and I felt so anxious. Finally, she said 'maybe this is not the right home for you' and we're so glad she did. It was NOT the right home for us. But it was a tough time to look as there were few homes on the market, and I thought we'd never find the one we wanted. But she never wavered in her confidence that we'd find the right home. Sure enough, as soon as we walked into our new home we KNEW it was it. She helped us all along the way, so we could make a winning offer. She lined up all the Inspections, got multiple bids for repairs, and did everything in record time. She'd come over at 8pm or later to work with our schedule. The best thing was throughout all of this she was ALWAYS patient. I don't know how she does it. We should have drove her crazy (at least a little bit) - like when we said we wanted a fixer-upper one day and a new home the next. I can't say enough good things about her! If you are looking to buy a home in West LA, Mar Vista, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, and I'm sure her territory extends further than that - call Lisa!!! It will be the best move you could make!
