I recently inherited a safe that belonged to my dad and could not figure out the code to open it. I called Lion Security and made an appointment for same day service. Few hours later, a gentleman named Leo came over and opened our safe. I was very impressed by this guy, that at the moment the safe was opened, he did not open the door. He asked me to open it myself, so I could keep the privacy of what's inside. More so, during the time he was working on the safe he was answering many questions I had (not every day you get to watch someone crack a safe). By the end of the work, Leo was able to save the safe so it will continue working. I decided to replace/upgrade the lock on the safe to a newer model digital keypad and now it's much easier for me to open it. Thank you very much Leo the "Lion" - Great Job!

Leo the "LION" came in to my new home same day i made the appointment. very nice guy with very professional vibe. Leo offered me few options for better securing my new home, installed a new deadbolt and rekeyed a few locks. I am very happy with my experience with this company and will use them again in the future.

Leo came the same day that I called and was very prompt. He explained the problem, realigned the door, had me test it to make sure, and then cleaned up afterwards. He was extremely pleasant and professional.

When We finished remodeling the driveway at our home we decided to add a an iron gate to make the property more secure. The company that install the gate did not do any low voltage work so we needed to find someone that can add an intercom system so we could control the access into the property from our phone. We found out about lion security locksmith online and decided to get an estimate for the work. Leo , the owner ,came over himself and offered us few options to get the work done. We compered his pricing with few other companies in the area and found out that not only that he offered us a great price he is giving us a better quality product than the other companies. Work was professional and very clean! We are very happy with the service and the outcome!

I own a private investigation company in Los Angeles for the past 11 years. Recently I moved my offices to the Agoura area and needed to replace the locks at the new place. I had Leo from lion security come to do the work. Very professional guy ,very nice and have a high quality Work.

I recently purchased a new house and wanted to change my locks. I called Leo from lion security and set up an appointment . The technician was right on time and very professional. He suggested to do a walk throughout the house and offered a free security survey , something that seemed very professional. After we talked about his suggestions I decided to upgrade my current lock to high security locks he offered , he gave me a great deal ( i even called other companies to verify pricing). The locks are very high tech and even come with lifetime warranty. My experience with lion security was very good and I recommend using them for all of your security needs !!!

I've had my safe for the past few years and never had any problem with it. the past week I had to open it few times and for some reason it took a few tries to do so until the other day it didn't budge and won't open, didn't matter how many times I tried the code. I decided to call lion security for the rescue! was able to get the appointment on same day and had their guy open the safe for me and replace the faulty key pad. very nice gentleman very professional! I'm very happy with the work.

We were very happy with the service and the quality of the work they provided. All work was done according to the schedule and the result was very pleasing. We Decided to hire Lion Security after getting a few other bids from different companies in the area. Their prices were very reasonable for the kind of project we had. We were able to get them over for the estimate on the same day with no problem and decided to do the work after a few days. The owner of the company who came himself for the estimate was very knowlagable in his field and provided us with a full security survey after walking around our warehouse. He gave us a few suggestions to choose from and together we found the best way to securt the place.

On a scale of 10 being best, they hit all the marks with quick and professional service. They are a 10!!!!

I had a very good experience with this company

I recently purchased a new home in sherman oaks and decided to rekey the locks in my new property. After asking a friend for a referral , I was given the phone number of Leo the owner of lion security locksmith. I called to get some information about the work and Leo was very informative on the phone about my different options and the prices. To my surprise ,I was able to get the job done within a few hours. Leo himself came over and did the work.Very talented and punctual nice man, very professional in his trade.

The owner quoted me a price of $65. to install a dead bolt in a new front door and an additional $65.00 to install the matching lever/handle. I was very clear on the materials, type of door, name of the lock manufacturer, etc... so there would be "no surprises." We set up an appointment. He arrived on time and did the work. However, he was not going to install the little "cup" (that came with the set) that goes into the doorframe under the deadbolt faceplate which gives it clean finished look. Leaving this off would have left the new lock and door appearing as though it was not professionally installed. I had to push the issue to get him to do it. When he finished I was presented with a bill of $250.00. When I asked why it was almost double, he gave some reasons that did make sense. Then upon leaving he informed that the screws that came with the set were not the proper ones and he could not guarantee how long they would hold the handle in place. I couldn't help but wonder why he didn't tell me that BEFORE he did the work???? However, he did tell me which ones to get and he would come back and install the correct ones. He did so for additional fee! The lock is working fine, but I am not happy with the over billing AFTER he gave me a quote and did not discuss any up-charges while he was working. He was at my home for less than hour for the initial installation and 10 minutes to install the screws.

Overall very satisfied. Prompt, professional, quality work.A little quirky, and aesthetic results could have been improved on, only complaints.
