Frank showed up to bid the job and repaired the one problem at the same time. He came back after I accepted the bid and did the remainder of the work in about half a day. He provided all the items and supplies needed. We, ourselves, plugged, patched and painted the 6 or 8 holes in the walls and ceiling he had to make to do the wiring. Frank was easy to work with.

They were fantastic. I would highly recommend them. They were very fast, efficient and easy to work with...good communication, all the things you can never seem to find.

He was good and fair and wasn't trying to rip us off @ all.

Frank returned my call very quickly and a time was set up for him to view/bid the job the next day. He was on time and made great suggestions for updating electrical work at a reasonable price. Frank set up a date and time within 3 days to do the work. He was reasonably priced and came with all supplies for the job. I liked that he was very organized and meticulous/precise about his work. He showed up on time and was very professional, honest/trustworthy and did the job in one day. He replaced a light fixture for me without cost, which was very nice of him. The place was left clean and neat. I found Frank to be very congenial.

I have contacted another reputable company, who also happens to be in West LA. I have an appointment next week.

Frank is an amazing electrician. This is the 3rd time we have used him and highly recommend him for everything. He even let my 3 year old son watch him and sort out some large bolts for him. When he was finished, he gave my son a tour of his truck and where he keeps the parts. Definitely the highlight of his visit. I can't find any drawbacks with his service and professionalism although I did have to nag him a few times to send us a bill (we should all have this problem with service professionals). His prices are extremely fair.

I contacted Frank about 2 weeks ago to talk about replacing outlets and switches in my home. He told me I could use self-grounding outlets because there wasn't a ground wire. He saved me money by giving me that free advice. When I had work that I could not do myself, I contacted Frank again. We set an appointment for the next day. On that day, he called to let me know that he had an emergency, so we rescheduled later in the week. Frank worked in a competent, efficient, professional and friendly manner. He gave great suggestions, which made my home look better for a little bit more money. I would definitely call Frank again if I needed more work done on my home and I would not hesitate to refer him to people who needed an electrician.

I called Frank Thursday. No response. So I called again Friday, as I was panicked about having to go over the weekend without a stove. I hesitated, but finally called the emergency line/pager. He responded right away. He explained that it was probably just the WAY we had tried to reset the breaker. He tried to explain to me how to reset it, but I didn't listen because my spouse does all that and I assured him that my husband had tried several things to no avail. Frank was very patient and agreed to try to fit us in Friday late or Saturday morn. He finally called Saturday morn and swung by. He walked to the back, flipped the breaker, told me to plug the stove in again, and everything went back on fine! We were stunned! But he was very informative, and took a look at a couple of other issues we are considering fixing in the near future. Probably spent 25 minutes with us. He was very helpful. Was glad for all the Angie's List recommendations.

His outgoing message indicated he was on vacation during the time I called, and provided referrals for emergency response if needed. Frank called back (without prompting) immediately upon his scheduled return and arranged a visit. He inspected, made helpful suggestions as to how best to proceed, and quoted a finished price. Began work immediately, and worked full on for the time he was here. Performed the job neatly, and cleaned up thoroughly. I plan to use him again.

I think they show a lot of integrity and they were very competent in the work they did.

The estimate was in line with others, but we had less confidence inthe guy who came out to give it.

Frank was very helpful in helping us decide exactly what work we wanted to get done, he even made suggestions to help save us money on his work. Every time he came to the house he was on time, well prepared, with all necessary equipment.

I feel he approached the problem intelligently and did good work for us. I feel he was honest.

I needed service in a HURRY, because the painter couldn't proceed with closing up the wall, until I had this hazardous electrical situation fixed. I called Frank at 5:00 in the afternoon, he responded to my call, within an hour and came out the following morning. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and didn't seem to mind that it was a small job. He took care of everything that needed fixing, within a half hour or so. I would definitely recommended Lighthouse Electric and will use Frank again in the future!

Frank promptly returned my calls and showed up on time. He took the time to review the entire project in detail before starting and cleaned as he worked. He did a very good job for a fair price--I am totally satisfied!

Frank is an honest electrician. Turns out my problem was a simple one, and Frank gave me some pointers that I did myself to save me money. Frank asked careful questions about my problem to make sure there would not be a safety issue. I will definitely call his company again.

I received a response from Frank within the day that I left a message. He gave me an estimate up front and gave details on what he was charging for. He came the next morning to perform the work and it was done quickly. Very professional and neat. I would recommend his services to friends/relatives.

Frank arrived promptly as promised and was able to install the light fixture in spite of problems with the existing placement of the wiring. He figured out a creative way to install it without knocking another hole in the wall which saved us time and money. He was very pleasant and we would definitely hire him again. It did take a couple of days for him to return my call, but it had been raining heavily and none of the other electricians I had left messages with responded any sooner. He did apologize for not calling sooner and explained he had been very busy on emergency calls.

HE'S A NICE GUY. HE DOES GOOD WORK. HE'S PUNCTUAL and WE WOULD DEFINITELY CALL HIM AGAIN. WE'VE HAD HIM COME SEVERAL TIMES TO FIX THINGS and THEY ALWAYS WORK AFTERWARDS. HE SEEMS TO KNOW A LOT ABOUT ELECTRICITY. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM TO FRIENDS and I DID RECOMMEND HIM TO A NEIGHBOR. SHE RAN INTO ME RECENTLY and SAID THANKS FOR THE RECOMMENDATION. HE'S GREAT.
