Description of Work: the guy did fix my backup but in the process he attempted to unscrew a plug in the floor of my garage to my pipes and screwed it deeper into the concrete leaving two indentations in the concrete flooring that my wife parks her car right over he put a small plastic piece in one of the holes but my real problem was his cavalier approach to the situation, would not hire them again

+ -1 moreHe came out immediately, on Christmas day, and assessed that i did not need to have the whole hot water heater replaced, but instead replaced a wire on the device that made it work like new. He also notified me of a potential carbon monoxide leak stemming from the way the previous person had installed the hot weater heater which he is fixing as well. Can't say enough great things about the experience!!!
Description of Work: Replaced a part on the hot water heater on Christmas day so that my family could have hot water in our house.

+ 0 moreWater was noticed leaking from ceiling. Called the plumber, who responded at once, personally. He said he would come in 1/2 hour, and did so. Source of leak was very difficult to determine, but he made correct diagnosis and proceeded in a professional manner to solve the problem. Job required making a huge mess, mostly falling ceiling plaster and water. Plumber and helper had covered the area before starting work and cleaned everything up completed before leaving. They were both friendly and professional. They double checked the repair to make sure all was well.
Description of Work: Opened hole in ceiling. and second floor joist to replace leaking 80+ year-old pipe with copper pipe. It was necessary to replace a 90 degree fitting, as well.
