LESTER CARPET

Description of Work: my 85 yr old mother with mobility issues needed the tiled floor in her 750 sq.ft. apt covered with wall to wall carpet for safety reasons. we had several companies, both national and local, come out to advise us and it wasn't until ryan from lester carpets came out that we knew we had hit the jackpot. calm, knowledgeable and helpful without being in the least pushy or aggressive, he gave us what he felt were the safest options within our budget and which would minimize the stress and upset that my mother would have to go through. |unlike other companies, he did not insist that we tear out the existing saltillo floor tiles at great expense, mess, and bother, instead he suggested we lay a heavy duty underlay with a close weave carpet that went wall to wall without being fixed down with glue or nails. we went with that option as it was the least upset for my mother while still giving her as good protection as possible. one month later we haven't seen an inch of movement in the carpet and it looks beautiful. ryan was very helpful and answered all our questions patiently and throughly. i also liked that because they were local and had a warehouse nearby, we could have gone to the warehouse to see the in-stock carpet we chose rolled out across the floor, to get a proper idea of what it would look like installed. |they were very reasonably priced and very flexible on installation timing - we were working around our builder's schedule, so once the order for the carpet was completed, lester carpets only needed 24 hr notice to come out. the installers were quick, professional, and cleaned up meticulously afterwards. i can't praise this company enough.

Description of Work: We had a water issue. We had a pipe break, and I had a room re-carpeted with hard-to-find carpet by Lester Carpets.

Description of Work: We've actually used them twice. The first time was to re-carpet two bedrooms in our condo. The second time I used them, I hired them in my role as HOA president for my condo building. They replaced the carpet for 3 lobby areas, the elevator and 3 flights of stairs.

Description of Work: They provided us with an amazing carpet and fitted the whole house, from top to bottom - 150 sq/yds worth. Bought the Yoga colored 'Inspired Influence' carpet. Love, love love it!! I didn't think about going anywhere else after they had just the carpet we wanted and they did it at the best rate for us. We have 4 floors and lots of stairs, but they all came out awesome! I was so relieved to get a great company to put us at ease and get the job done so well. It took them around 2 days to finish, but the carpets look amazing. Very professional and genuine company.

Description of Work: PROVIDED CARPET SAMPLES AND CAME OUT TO MEASURE AND TAKE AN ORDER. WE SELECTED CARPET AND PLACED ORDER, BUT THEY NEVER DELIVERED OR CHARGED US. REPEATEDLY TOLD ME THE CARPET WAS IN TRANSIT FROM THE MANUFACTURER, BUT ULTIMATELY NEVER FILLED THE ORDER. I JUST GAVE UP AFTER REPEATED FOLLOW UP CALLS AND BEING TOLD THE CARPET HAD LEFT, SHOULD ARRIVE ANY DAY.
