 + 0 moreWe contracted LSM to repair 40 holes in the drywalls all over the house and to re-paint parts of the walls. The crew of two showed up on time, and finished the project as promised, within 4 day. They were very responsive to our requests, put a plastic sheet protection against dust wherever they worked, and clean the floors after they finished. The repaired and painted holes/sections are indistinguishable from the rest of the wall. GREAT WORK. Highly recommended.

 + 0 moreI could not have asked for a better job, all of the panes were smooth and looked brand new, as well as the paint in the master bedroom. I contacted Steve and within two days he had an estimate to me and we agreed on the Monday in the following week. He brought two guys to prime the room and the panels and they came back in the morning to finish painting and smooth the panes. I, having work, wasn’t able to be there at all times and nothing was moved out of place or damaged. All we’re very professional and punctual, fantastic workers for a great price. The only issue was there were a few paint streaks on the windows in the room that I had to chip off, but it came off quite easily. No complaints here.
Description of Work: I needed a master bedroom and five window panes fixed. One of the panes had extensive fire damage revealing the metal frame beneath the drywall.

 + 0 moreSteve and his team were simply amazing. They turned a really bad and stressful situation (water damage) into a pleasurable recovery. Steve is a great guy and was always upbeat and eager to help. Juan is a master craftsman and I literally couldn’t believe how fast he worked. The whole job was completed over multiple weeks but when they completed the drywall job, it was done a full day ahead of schedule! I couldn’t recommend them enough and Steve’s number is permanently saved in my phone. They did an amazing job, very quickly and you can’t tell there was ever any damage.

 + -1 moreThe process was middling; the final result is good. I'm pretty happy with the final paint job, and I thought the painters, Juan and Saul, were great. They are particularly skilled at patching holes in thin walls; my apartment had a bunch and you can't even tell they're there now. However, they left the job and took their payment without painting any of the baseboards in the apartment, even though it was explicitly in our contract to paint the baseboards! I think Juan and Saul hadn't even known they were supposed to paint them from their manager. There were a few other sloppy bits of paint too. That said, once I called Steve to ask what was going on, they did come back the very next day and fix everything up, and they didn't hassle me about it. The final paint job looks nice, and I'm happy about that!

 + 0 moreThe work went great. Steve and his team did exactly what was promised; new drywall, screwed the drywall into the joists and match painted the wall and ceiling area. The work was impeccable and after completed, Steve cleaned up everything and even hosed off the outside patio where they entered and exited my house.
Description of Work: I needed a wall in a bedroom looked at that had some cracks. it was discovered that although the wall had cracks, the joists inside the the wall were in perfect condition. The problem was the ewall was not secured to the joist at all per code. Steve contacted me immediately in response to my inquiry. He offered to come the same day to give us an estimate. He scheduled the work the same week and showed up on time.

 + 0 moreThe work was scheduled quickly, the contracting was very transparent and the quality of the work was excellent. The room looks great and we cannot tell where the new and old drywall connect. Communication was also excellent: text and email is always appreciated. Only hiccup was a mixup on the type of drywall (we need the water resistant in the laundry room), but it was rectified before the job was far along.
Description of Work: We had a drywall replacement in the laundry room on 4 walls about 4 foot high. The new drywall was primed and painted.

Steve then rescheduled again, and the painter worked until the job was done. Overall the final product and Steve's customer service made up for the several false starts.

 + -1 moreIt took two days. They were very prompt and showed up on time. After the first day, I called the owner and asked him to supervise the painter more closely as he had not removed plates before painting, painted my door frames the wall color, and gotten paint on my original hard wood floors, tiles, windows, shower, etc. The results of the second day were as bad, if not worse, than the first day. Although he did go back and paint the frames back to the color they were supposed to be.
Description of Work: I bought and Angie's list offer to have some rooms painted as a trial. If all went well, I had every intention of hiring him to finish the rest of the house, redo all the trims, repaint a few rooms that had already been done, and even bring him back to do the outside of the house in a few months. Unfortunately, the price he quoted me for the rest of the job was a bit higher than I hoped (which I may have convinced myself was ok) but then the work was so very sloppy that, sadly, I won't be hiring them again.

Steve and his team were on time every day and the work was of high quality. Every day Steve checked over the work of his guys and checked in with us to determine our satisfaction level. At the end of the project, we were actually not thrilled with the quality in a few sections and Steve put his guys on for one more day to make sure it was perfect. This was done without complaint or push-back. We would recommend Steve for any painting job!

 + 1 moreFantastic! It couldn't have been better. The end results speak volumes. In fact, based on the results, my HOA asked them to submit a bid for work. Many people said that the cottage cheese ceiling could not be removed as long as I was residing here and when you add that I have radiant heating this would make the job close to impossible. Whoever said this does not know about LSM Painting & Drywall. They always arrived on time (or were early and waited outside); moved and covered all furniture; and were very pleasant to be around.
Description of Work: Removal of the cottage cheese ceiling throughout my condo; made the ceiling smooth; painted the ceiling a bright white along with the trims / accents; and painted the walls Swiss Coffee.
