Steve and his crew did a great job, wouldn't change a thing! Amazing that it got done so quickly, at very high quality.

I thoroughly recommend LSM Painting & Drywall. I had 3 drywall/painting projects: finish work on a skylight, repair water damage and install an access door. See before and after pics. Steve was very nice and responsive and gave me a detailed written estimate the same day. I felt the price was fair and the work was immediately scheduled. Saul was very skilled installing drywall and creating a good fit for the access door. Juan Carlos and Jorge did a good job fixing the water damage and painting. Steve arrived with the guys promptly each morning to get them started and stopped by again each afternoon. At the end of each day, I appreciated the opportunity to mark any areas I wanted tweaked and the adjustments were always properly made the next day. The whole team was skilled, nice to work with, protected the surrounding work areas and cleaned up at the end of each day. I’m very pleased with the completed work and will definitely hire LSM for additional projects in the future.

EXCELLENT! The owner, Steve Moss and his two workers arrived early and began work immediately upon arrival. Everyone was professional -- friendly, informative, patient and accommodating. Truly I have never worked with a contractor and crew that was so first-rate. The skills of the workers were exceptional. You cannot even tell where the original damage to my walls and ceiling were. Also, their prep protocol prior to work was really impressive. They laid down paper and plastic -- -- not one drop of putty or paint landed on the paper! The cleanup was perfect -- you wouldn't even know that I had workers in my home. Additionally, they went above and beyond the call of duty when they noticed that one of my kitchen cabinets had begun to detach from the kitchen wall. They rehung the cabinet and painted it even though this was not part of the original work order. Also, Steve, the owner, went out and found a hard-to-find part for another kitchen cabinet door that had also become loose. I HIGHLY recommend this company and plan to use them again for all of my future projects.

Very smooth and efficient. Steve came to do an inspection and offer estimate, then he returned with team of two who quickly got to work and laid out plastic to cover floors and ensure everything was completed and cleaned. Took a few hours over two days and everything looks brand new! The team was courteous and on time both days (hugely appreciated!!)

Steven's team was outstanding. We were working from home while they were here, and they worked around us beautifully, with great respect and professionalism.

LSM Drywall & Painting did a fabulous job at my new condo. I needed to created a window through the bedroom (loft style) wall (for AC air to flow through condo). Through Angie’s list I found this company who did exactly what I asked and more! In addition, they removed the TV metal stand that was attached the wall and made the wall look brand new and free from all the piercing of the stand. I highly recommend this company if you want quality service.

Steve and his crew were absolutely fantastic to work with , not only would I hire them again I highly recommend them to anyone who needs drywall and painting services.

Good overall. Walls/ceiling look good following drywall repair and painting. Ceiling looks nice without the popcorn. Couple of minor things kept this from being an A, but happy with the work.

The following day I received a message from them saying " Hi Andy, you told me you had an apartment, but you live in a home and it is in a bad area. What's up with that?" I think that message is inappropriate from a professional contractor.

Excellent communication. Very professional. They were polite, on time, and efficient. They were working at the same time as our painters.

I had some electrical re-wiring done, which resulted in several small and medium sized holes throughout the house. LSM patched each whole, matched the texture and color of the existing walls. Steve, the owner, was VERY responsive via email and text. Everyone always showed up on time and ready to work. The job was completed even more quickly than estimated, which was great! My walls have knock-down texture, and they used orange peel. It looked fine for the size of the patches I had done. Any bigger and I would have asked it to be re-done. Overall, I would definitely hire LSM again.

We had a great experience with Steve and his team. He came out to provide an estimate shortly after we called, then work started a week after that. Juan and his assistant were very professional and completed the job on time in three days, which is what was promised. After some mold remediation, we needed drywall repaired in our dining room. This was completed and the entire room was completed with a fresh coat (or 2!) of paint.

Steve and his crew (Juan and Hugo) were professional and courteous and helpful - no drama whatsoever, and they completed a job that did exactly what it was supposed to do - eliminating a large portion of the sound traveling between the guest apartment and our master bedroom above - and, with the repainting, making the apartment look even more beautiful than it looked before. Very good people to deal with.
