+ -1 moreWe're very satisfied with them. They were very nice to work with. They put traps up and closed some screen openings around the base of the house.We ended up not catching anything. He got out a different door, and that was fine. We've had no trouble since then. They're very competent and very friendly. They were recommended to my by a friend.
Description of Work: They got rid of an unknown animal that was underneath my house.

+ -1 moreThey came and put a gel in the cracks and sprayed outside the building. They left traps. They did this on both the upstairs and downstairs of our unit. We had more bugs a few days later and they came back out. We've seen a few more, but we're waiting to see if there or more or it has been contained. They were extremely late arriving the first time. They have a 3 hour window and showed up about an hour late, after the window. They were on-time the second time.

Description of Work: I needed to have my tri-plex sprayed before tenants moved in. I bought the tri-plex in December and removed some tenants immediately. These particular tenants were bringing a lot of stray animals onto the property and were causing a pest problem. They came right out and sprayed the same day I called. After that I started renovation on the property, when the carpet was pulled up I wanted to have it sprayed again and they came back free of charge to spray under where the gross carpet was. They are very knowledgeable and suggested some other ways to pest-proof my house. They also provided me with letters to give my other tenants about the chemicals and who to call if they experienced any issues. My only complaint was that one of they days they were about 30 minutes late. But since I've experienced MUCH worse....I'll let it slide! :)

Description of Work: NEIGHBORHOOD INFESTATION OF JAPANESE WATER BEETLES. COMPANY SPRAYED FULL EXTERIOR AND SELECTED INTERIOR LOCATIONS. CAME BACK OUT TO FOLLOW-UP AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
