+ -1 moreDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I was given a time of between 9-10 for arrival of bath tub crew. I called at 10:20 for an update. Jasmine called me back and said they went to another job first instead of me! I said this was not ok. I re-arranged my day to be here to let them in. Now they can't come until 12!! I told Jasmine they have to be here before that time as I will be leaving. Completely unacceptable. 12:45 they show up and say they don't have the tools to do the job and have to come back tomorrow. (This is after I sent them a picture a week prior of the damage). I said you need to have them here by 9:30 as I will not miss another day of work. They call at 9:15 to say the will be there between 10-11. Said I'm leaving and not playing this game again.
