L A Prestige Window Cleaning

Description of Work: Doug was the person who came to wash my windows and he worked consistently for 2 1/2 hrs. I was pleased that he arrived early and went right to work. I live on a second floor level and he brought his ladder and did all of the outside windows and screens first and then came inside and did all of those windows. They are streak-free and he even cleaned the window sills and outside tracks.

Description of Work: Austin was a very nice and professional man. He counted 30 windows. I counted 20 but I am guessing because some of the windows were larger they counted as 2. I only had enough money 26 windows and so 4 didn't get cleaned. My coupon was for $99 for 20 windows. The cleaning of the windows was great. I think in the future I would be more aware and measure the windows and ask for an estimate before I buy the coupon.

Description of Work: I purchased window cleaning services for my home. I was contacted within a day by Austin and we set up a time and day. I had to cancel due to a death in the family so I rescheduled. He was very accommodating and set a time via email to be 1 pm. The day before we confirmed by phone and he said between 1 and 2 pm, which is t what we agreed on but I let it go. The day of service at 1:20 pm, his employee called and said he would be at least two hours late. I was not happy and I asked him to have Austin call me. Austin called and did not go well. Eventually we set up another date and time and Austin was on time, friendly and extremely professional. He did a great job on the windows and I would recommend him and use his services again if needed.

Description of Work: He cleaned both sides of 20 windows as per the Angie's List coupon. He then cleaned additional windows at $10 a window. A couple of window sills were missed, but all-in-all it was a job well-done.

Description of Work: The representative that cleaned the windows was very careful of items possibly in the way of the window cleaning. He was pleasant and easy to have around the house while taking care of business. He took his time and was very thorough.

Description of Work: The guy called and said he was going to be about 10 minutes late...showed up about 30 minutes later. He came in and put a heavy bucket of water on my hardwood floors and started sloshing water all over them...I asked him to put towels down and he said I needed to provide them..fine I did..I then found out he was not from the company I had hired. LA Prestiege Window Cleaning but said they sub contract out there work in my area. This was not disclosed to me ahead of time. Just did not think this was the way Angie's List was supposed to operate and I was disappointed.
