Description of Work: They arrive 4 hours late and then told me the job would cost more than the Angie's List deal. We rescheduled and agreed to a new cost. The owner was nice enough, but the work was a little sloppy, along with the other problems.

Description of Work: Washed windows. Didn't say in the ad that French doors/windows count as 2 windows. So the $99 price popped to $226. He was clear before starting the work, so there was no surprise. The offer should have been clear.

Description of Work: The windows in my new house have lots of water damage, which I did not realize before they came. As a result, the difference was not as sparkling as I had hoped, but I do not think that it was their fault. The $99 deal was just for straight washing, not scrubbing, scraping,or using additional chemicals. They did explain that they could get them more clear with a more involved treatment, but I did not have the time nor did I want the expense at that time.
