Description of Work: Washed 17 windows inside and out. Arrived early, inventoried windows to clean. Cleaned every window quickly and professionally.

Description of Work: I had extra windows cleaned. I have a two story house and all windows inside and out were cleaned along with the screens. Austin was punctual and quickly returned calls. In the past I had windows cleaned by other businesses and they wouldn't do certain windows, but Austin cleaned every window. He did a wonderful job.

Description of Work: They cleaned the inside and outside of all the windows in our 2-story home. This included the tracks. It was a great experience overall and my wife primarily dealt with them.

Description of Work: I arranged to have all of our windows cleaned in October. They were prompt in responding to my inquiry and arranged the service for a day that worked well for me. One person showed up on time but waited for quite a while for the second person to arrive. After waiting about 45 minutes, the first person began to work on their own. The completed job was only fair with a number of windows being left streaked. Our satisfaction with the works was also lessened by the number of places water dripped onto the floor that was not cleaned up. Overall, I appreciated the fact that they arranged to do the work on short notice and that I felt the price was fair, but the quality of the work was not what I expected.

Description of Work: I have used LA Presige before. They are very competent. I find their staff to be quite personable. In this case, I overpaid through my own error. Once I raised my concerns to LA Prestige, they responded very quickly and corrected the problem. I really appreciate their responsiveness.
