Description of Work: I would not use them again because although they did. Fine job cleaning the windows and were very professional in their interaction with me, they did not replace the screens on my upstairs windows before they left. I didn't notice until after they'd left. Very disappointing. I cannot replace them myself as I don't have an extension ladder.

Description of Work: It went very well. The young man who came to do the windows was very polite and efficient. The only suggestion I would make is that he wore his pants quite low. Because I'm an older person, I didn't care for that.

Description of Work: Due to a misunderstanding of additional charges the service was cancelled. Since I ordered the service, window cleaning, through an Angie's List agent rather than online, I didn't speak with the company directly. I went through the agent because I had a question on if the deal covered my type of window. I carefully described the type of window I had and she contacted the company. I was told it did. When the serviceman arrived, I was told that there would be an extra charge per window as per their "small print". I told them that I was aware of an extra charge for a "specialty window" and that was why I ordered through a phone call to Angie's List to be sure my windows were not "specialty windows".The "extra charge" would have increased the deal price of $99.00 to $234. I did speak with the owner/manager? of the company who was willing to adjust the price but not to the $99.00 deal. I decided to cancel the order. It may seem odd that I gave the company an "A" ranking. They were very professional and we agreed that it was a misunderstanding. I would recommend to other Angie's List customers to contact any company they may have a question about personally so misunderstandings don't occur.
