Koambra Inc

The ice tray on my 2 week old Samsung refrigerator was stuck so I contacted the company's 800 number. They said an authorized repair shop would contact me shortly to repair the unit. The repair shop called me 2 days later. I explained the ice tray was stuck and I needed someone to dislodge it. Sugi said the soonest someone could come out would be in 2 weeks. A day before the scheduled date, Sugi called and said he'd need to reschedule. We settled for a few days later on 8/4 between 1-4pm because I had other repairs happening on that day. On the 3rd, Sugi called and said he'd need to reschedule for an earlier time. He suggested 10-2pm. On the morning of the 4th, Sugi called and said he'd need to reschedule again because parts were needed and they wouldn't be arriving until the 6th. I contacted Samsung because this company, Koambra/KNA Enterprises, was so inept and they told me the company ordered the parts on the 4th. So Koambra knew about the repair for about 3 weeks, but ordered the parts on the day of the scheduled repair. I would never use this company and I'm trying to get Samsung to allow me to deal with someone else because it's obvious they're completely clueless.
