Description of Work: They phoned ahead to confirm the service evaluation appointment. On the date of service, they also phoned to confirm someone was present and arrived early (which was more convenient for us). They were prompt, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and quickly evaluated our service needs. Once we agreed on an engagement, they immediately began work (we expected to have to arrange service dates, etc). Within 1-2 visits, the pool's condition was notably, visibly improved. Would definitely recommend this service provider to others.

Description of Work: We have used this company for the last three years and they are great. Chris and Eric are great and easy to work with. Our pool, Spas and fountains are always left clean. We are a commercial building and have had bad pool people in the past. This is the best company we have had yet.

+ -1 moreHE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS ALSO CLEAN, NEAT AND DIDN'T LEAVE ANY TRASH AROUND. HE SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT WHEN HE WAS TAKING CARE OF THE POOL. HE KNEW THINGS ABOUT DIFFERENT LEVELS OF CHEMICALS IN THE POOL AND WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE DIDN'T PUSH ME TO BUY ONE PRODUCT OVER ANOTHER. HE GAVE ME INFORMATION ABOUT DIFFERENT PRODUCTS AND LET ME CHOOSE.
Description of Work: HE REPLACED THE POOL MOTOR AND PUMP. HE CLEANED THE FILTER, BACKWASHED AND REDID THE INLINE VACUUM SYSTEM.
