Kevin Min has been contracted by our family to handle 2 pools and has failed to properly clean both pools to the professional standards of proper weekly pool cleaning and proper chemical maintenance. The neglect lead to a build up of dirt and algae and too much chemicals contributed to the failure of one of the heaters to perform. Our warranty company would not fix the heater as they detected too much chemical, and lack of cleaning so we just spent $2135 for a new heater. Additionally Kevin Min never informed us that one of our pool filter was leaking. Another expense we will incur. Also never mentioned the DWP rebate for pool pumps that could save us hundreds of dollars. It saddens us that after several years of service, his service was not one of maintenance, but of lack of maintenance.

He does a great job and we are thrilled with the service. He was on time and made sure to answer all of our questions. I am thrilled with the service and I would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: He came and did a leak test and repaired the leak on our standard size in ground pool.
