It went relatively smoothly, the people working for Jeff are professional and experienced. Some part was broken while working on the furnace and it was replaced free of charge. As problems arose such as the refrigerant lines being in the way of the crawl space, it was dicussed and work was added on to take care of the problem. It meant greater expense, but the work was done right. Yes it was expensive, but the system was repaired correctly. The workers were knowlegable, efficient, and pleasant. They could communicate what they were doing while they were doing it and why. In my experience, this makes them exceptional. No problems since.

Ruddy was on time, very polite and did the work very efficiently. Explained the problem and work needed clearly and cleaned up after.

John came out and met with us, inspected our attic and provided several recommendations. He is very knowledgable and took the time to answer all of our questions. The workers were very careful to keep the house clean when they were working and the end result is exactly what we were hoping for. We are very happy with their work!

JW was professional, responsive, and competent through the whole process. John was our sales rep and stayed with the project from beginning to end. He gave us lots of options of different units from different manufacturers and didn't seem to be pushing one over another. The install was a bit complicated because they had to fit the unit into a small space in our attic. Not only did they get the install right, but they came up with some value-add ideas during the process, such as running the condensate line through a less-intrusive location than what we originally discussed. After the job was done, they had to make several visits to finalize the permit, because Culver City wanted a different type of certification than what they originally provided. John stuck with us until the very end and we finally got the permit finaled. I highly recommend this company and John especially!

My heater would periodically stop working for hours, even though the thermostat indicated that the room temperature was below the desired temperature and that the heater was on. This was occurring daily. When the technician from JW Heating arrived at my home, the heater was functioning perfectly and would not fail. That made diagnosis of the problem difficult. The technician worked for 45 minutes cycling the heater system on and off, inspecting the heater itself, and asking us lots of questions about the heater failures. He eventually did a cleaning of the heater's sensor flame sensor, which he suspected was the culprit of the heater failures. The heater was been working perfectly ever since.

Every thing went as planned with no surprises. The new control unit installed downstairs was just like the one installed upstairs the year before. The work was completed on time and the work area cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend this company as they stand behind their work and are very reliable and professional.

They were very professional. They went above and beyond. They were very responsive. When there was a problem with some of the electrical, they came back out for no additional charge. I'm not sure really whether it was a problem on their side or whether the electrical component just happened to break and blow out but they came back out at no additional charge. They did charge for the new component but not for the service call. They were really reasonably priced.

The man who did the bulk of our work, Ruddy, was great. Seemed to really care about doing a good job and getting our a/c fixed.

A first rate company. They sell top quality products and know what they are doing when they install. I had a crew at my house for about two weeks. They ran all phases of the job smoothy and professionally, and dealt with the inspectors from the city (an art in itself). You can get a cheaper system, but it won't be as good as the one you'll get from Jeff at JW. The entire experience was pleasant, which is not the norm in home renovation. The guys working at the house were respectful and work their tails off.

The repairman showed up on time. Went through the procedures to check over the heater. He let me know that nothing was wrong.

I had my furnace inspected by JW Heating & Air and was told it needed to be replaced. Before I could move forward I received a call from the Burbank Airport Authority that the retrofit for my condo was proceeding, which meant replacing the heating and air conditioning in my condo, along with windows and doors. I couldn't have been more pleased with my dealings with JW Heating & Air and will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.
