I called the company early morning, spoke to the receptionist explained we had no heat coming from the furnace. Within a hour or so the Supervisor called saying He would have a technician between 12-2. David came early, assessed the problem, my flame ignition was burnt out. He gave me the price, repaired all in under 30 minutes. Considering I called on a Monday morning and they came around noon the price was reasonable.

It went vey well. Mario gave me all available options answered any questions I had about the project. The project is on hold at this time but it is one of my top for consideration.

Great follow up from the Company when we had a minor issue (caused by us) Alex came back out and solved it!

Erick arrived as scheduled. He checked the furnace, ducting and thermostat and determined that all were performing correctly. He changed the disposable filter. J & W provided the filter and charged me $85 for it. Next time I'll provide my own filter for less than half of what J & W charged. He took pictures and generated a report. We signed up for an extension of our contract for two more visits for another year. One for furnace and one for AC. We have had other companies service us who pressured us with expensive service options and equipment. J & W doesn't do this. We now use J & W and freely recommend them.

We recently had our 29-year-old AC and heater replace by JW. It was a very good experience. We competed them with two other companies from Angie's list. They were price competitive and willing to negotiate. The salesman, Jeff, was professional and worked with us to meet our needs and did not oversell. We did all the contract signing electronically. The crew of Jose, Miguel, and Jorge arrived promptly for the install and completed the full system installation in one-day. The installation was professionally done. They cleaned up everything. Everybody arrived on time as promised. They use quality equipment from Lennox. They explained the operation of the unit and how often to replace the MERV filter. Two service visits for the year are included in the contract.

Was satisfied with the work. They called 30mins before coming.

The only reason I didn't give them all "A" is that I still have an intermittent problem, but it has to do with the age and condition of my furnace and not to do with their repair.

I would recommend JW. They are very professional, polite, patient with answering all my questions. I have complete trust with JW.

Extremely well. The provider was very thorough in the maintenance, showed me the old dirty filter before putting in a new one, and explained what he did in details. I had bought the furnace from that company five years ago and I have yearly maintenance performed. The technician was clear and professional.

The stuff really good about completing the work on a timely basis. The challenge they had was it was pouring rain for two days. They did have to come back for a few hours but on the third day and it all worked out nicely

We've used JW's services before. Good people. Excellent advice. But JW came in a very close second on price, but we went with another vendor that added an upgrade on equipment.

Alex did a great job. He fixed the controller, explained what he was doing, and then proceeded to check the heating, air conditioning, and air filtration systems to find out if all were working correctly. I was extremely pleased with his work and his demeanor. We do have an annual service agreement with JW, and we have been delighted with the high quality of their service and support.

Technician arrived within the window provided by the company and was very professional.

Appointment was confirmed with a call to me the day before. A window of between 10-2 was the timeframe which seems to be the current norm. Roger arrived around 11:30 so it was on the earlier side. He was very friendly and was even chatting with a neighbor while he waited for me to greet him. Roger did a thorough check of my system and explained what he was doing every step of the way. When I decided to not enroll in their maintenance package that I previously said I would, he didn't do a heavy sales pitch. A simple explanation of its benefits and when I politely said no thanks, he was done. Everything was done quickly and professionally.

Everything went very well, although work need to be expanded than originally thought due to additional ducting in first floor attic space. Work was fully completed at original estimate, all employees and outside contractors on the were very professional and respectful. Would highly recommend and will continue to use for future projects. A+ Rating.
