Oscar came out to give us an estimate. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable and laid out our options -- spending at least a half an hour answering all our questions.

Shawn supervised the project. He is an amazing professional. He made sure that the work was done right and was courteous and responsive to my inquiries. J W istalled all my ducts 3 years ago and were excellent. I would recommend them to anybody.

While the replacement of our HVAC system was the last thing we were expecting to do, now that all is said and done, our experience with JW Heating & Air was wonderful! From our first contact and diagnosis, to the sales rep, then the guy who came to scope out the project, to all the guys who did the actual installation - exemplary customer service! They explained everything they were doing and why in great detail, answered all of our questions, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for Heating and Air specialists! Thank you, JW - you all were great to work with!

Eric was great. tested the heating and air conditioning. He changed the filter and made sure everything was in working order.

The technician showed up on time. He was nice and very professional. He said the unit was so old that there were no more spare parts for the unit. He said generally what was done was that the units were replaced. He said his company does that kind of work. He said he would have them call me back with an initial estimate. Haven't heard from the company since.

We have two systems, one a central air/heat system, as well as a triple mini-split system as backup which JW installed. Our tech, Matt L., was great! We are very happy with our system and the ongoing years long relationship with JW.

Joe was prompt and diagnosed the problem immediately, performed the necessary work and signed us up for the company's maintenance program.

Victor, the service tech, arrived within the appointed time window, and began by giving me a thorough briefing on what his service would include. He then conducted the inspections and tests in a quick and efficient manner. He was always careful to use cloth booties when entering the house so his work shoes wouldn't track dirt on the floor. After completing his checks and tests, he presented to me a complete rundown on what he had done. He explained each item and included photos of the equipment condition and test equipment he used. I'm very please with his work, as I've been most pleased with JW's other techs who have service my system.

Mike came out promptly and worked efficiently. Importantly, he didn't try to push any expensive procedures or equipment . I very much appreciated his candor. Will continue to work with JW.

Cary arrived on time and with short notice. He thoroughly explained the work to be done and the pros and cons. Although we are still evaluating contractors at this point, I would recommend him to others.

Wonderful! David educated us a lot about our compressor and about air filters. He didn't try to up-sell us, and even offered tips about how we could save money. He also pointed out that since our furnace is fairly new, we might be better off having the company that installed it service it next fall, to avoid any concerns about voiding its warranty. He was super-nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely use this company again.

Mike was great. Before the inspection he told me what he'd do, I asked him to look at something and provide me ideas on how to get it done and he said first let me check to see if it can be done then we can come up with ideas. He said I don't want you to be mislead about the outcome of how you want it by just saying we can do it. I appreciated that. Finally there were a couple of very small things that he said listen we'll do everything else for you but if you want here are two things you can look up on youtube and if you feel comfortable doing them then just do it but some people don't so I'll just go ahead and let you know what they are and put them on the estimate just in case. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the honesty upfront before even really hiring them to do the work. This already gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling.

Erick is the best! He was on-time, clean, friendly, and efficient. JW is a remarkable service of professionals, whether you need regular service (keeping that old system alive) or whether you need a bid to replace. There is no pressure or up-selling. The battery in the heating system needed replacement. It is in the attic of my 100 year old wood house, and I didn't want a spark causing a problem.

JW Heating & Air was called and informed about the problem, and set an appointment for the next day. Juan, the technician, arrived at the appointed time, reviewed the situation and conducted a thorough examination of the system. When he finished, Juan explained what he had accomplished and showed me photos of what he had done during the examination. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, made sure I understood what had been done. He resolved the issue and left the system in perfect working order. Top notch service from Juan and JW.

I was so impressed by Juan’s professionalism and knowledge. He explained everything up front and would always ask me if it was okay to proceed each time he completed a task. It was truly a pleasant experience even when paying the bill!

Michael was professional, knowledgeable, responsive to questions and requests.

Arrival is on time and service professionals are always courteous. Attention to the quality of work and clean up is always conducted. Since it was a big job, some discounts were given--it just always hurts to pay a big sum. We arranged a payment plan with their affiliated partner so I could pay the cost over several months without interest payments.

Checked furnace and did trouble shooting under maintenance agreement

Great. They installed our system for heat and air. They were really good. We have continued to use them for maintenance twice a year. They are very thorough - take photos and discuss them with us. I highly recommend.

We did not do the work but Oscar was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the process to me where I could understand. I had a firm amount that I could spend and Oscar tried to meet it but could not. If things were different I would definitely have used them.

Mike Fite was prompt, polite and professional. He was very conscientious about keeping my carpets clean. He took photos of the air handling units that were difficult for me to see for myself since one was in the attic and the other one was in the crawl space. He checked the filters and brought one to me to show the buildup as part of his recommendation to install new ones. Since we were planning on tenting the house in the next 4- 6 months, he recommended purchasing MERVE 11 filters for the short term (they are less expensive while still protecting the internals of the equipment and filtering the air). After the tenting, we could then install fresh MERVE 16 filters. He checked all the componentry of the heaters and AC units. He also performed a temperature differential test at the mouth of one of our vents to make sure the AC units were performing at their maximum capacity. I was very satisfied with the check-up Mike performed and feel confident that my HVAC system is in excellent working order. All of my dealings with JW Heating and Air have been positive - from installation of my Lennox HVAC units to annual check-ups. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Alex Garcia returned to install our new motor and capacitor, plus he did some cleaning on our unit. Alex showed me the different parts, explained how they worked, why they were needed, etc. Maybe some people wouldn't be interested in knowing how their AC/heater works, but I am!! So I am very appreciative for his thorough explanations and detailed work on our unit. Alex is also very personable and professional. We will ask for him again!
