We also provide furnace repair and furnace replacement, all Plumbing Services, Water Heaters, Drain Cleaning and Rooter Service. We proudly serve the Los Angeles, San Fernando and San Gabriel Valley, CA areas. We are a Plumbing, heating and cooling company that is dedicated to excellent service. We install quality brands, such as Lennox, American Standard, Carrier, Rheem, Amana. A.O. Smith and Bradford White Water Heaters as well as many others. Over the years, JW Heating and Air has become a trusted heating and AC company known for our energy saving services and being a leader in green technology. Many of our technicians are NATE certified, and we make every effort to perform our work as cleanly as possible. We wear clean uniforms, use drop cloths, and wear shoe covers to protect floors. Most of our valued and professionally trained employees have been in the industry for many years and have ongoing training to stay up to date on today's ever-changing technology. Description of Work: We hired JW to install a brand new a/c and heating system and redo the duct work in the entire house. We also had them put in a separate wall unit in our large attic that has been converted into a master bedroom and bath. They installed a new return air and did all the electrical work.

Description of Work: Called to make service appt because my A/C was not working, but they were not able to fit me in till 5 days later. Can't do anything about a busy company but I needed someone right away. So I called another Angie's list company and they were able to send someone out in the morning of my call which was exactly what I needed.

Description of Work: I highly recommend JW Heating and AC to anyone who is looking for a company where not only the owner is courteous and helpful, but also his employees. Where you can be assured to get the best workmanship at the best prices. My mom needed my help to find a company that would help with 2 recalled furnaces that needed replacing. We first dealt with a few companies where I felt like I was talking to a used car salesman. Seeing that we were getting nowhere, I looked into Angie's List and luckily found JW Heating. Jeff, the owner, was very knowledgeable and fair in his assessment of our situation. He took care of everything, from contacting the company replacing the recalled furnaces to actually getting them delivered to my mom's home for installation. He gave my mom an estimate and kept his word on the price, not adding any "extras." He even added a few extras at no cost to my mom. Since my mom lives by herself, and I couldn't be at her house when the work was being done, I obviously was a little concerned whether or not my mom could handle the workers, make sure everything was going properly, etc. I found out that I had nothing to worry about. Jeff and his foreman, Joe, were more than happy to answer any question my mom had. They went above and beyond to make sure she made the right choice in picking their company. Joe especially was very helpful and did not take advantage of my mom's lack of HVAC knowledge. I was happy to hear at the end of the day that she was happy with the work, the extras, and employees, and obviously Jeff. I would highly recommend JW Heating, and will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Do not use JW company their worker John is dishonest, aggressive and not interested in his job. He gave me a quote for the replacement of an AC heating unit at more than $2000 than the 4 other quotes I had from well known companies. He gave me appointments and never came or came too late (although we did ask him to come before 4pm (rules of our high rise). Then he told me he was not interested in the job after making me wait all day for him for his appointment. So I would stay away form such company especially when one of their workers leaves such nasty messages on my phone.I had to tell him not to phone again.
