Description of Work: The first time they came, our air conditioning wasn't working and the technician realized it needed freon. This time, the thermostat wasn't working properly (the air still wouldn't get cold) and so the technician replaced it. Very prompt, excellent customer service.

Description of Work: Per the big deal they came out and checked out the A/C system, thermostats, cleaned the filters and found that the unit was in perfect shape. I was amazed as this unit is approx. 25-30 yrs old and I do not have regular maintenance on it. I was really anticipating them telling me I needed to replace it but was pleasantly surprised when they did not push a replacement. Description of Work: Charge AC/Filter motor fixed.

Description of Work: They checked my AC, changed out two capacitors and did a thorough cleaning of the fan for the unit. They did that when they changed out one of the capacitors. They also checked the drain line and cleaned that out. They did a very complete job.

Description of Work: They came to my home 2 times and checked and totally cleaned both my heating and air conditioning system and installed a new very large filter. I was more than satisfied with everything they did. And, yes I would recommend them to everyone.

Description of Work: Our air conditioning broke. We found them through Angie's list. They came out promptly for an evaluation. They quickly provided a thorough written quote. The work took three days with three workers. They were on time and quiet. We had to replace our air conditioning, heater and update our ducts. They new system works very well: effective and quiet. I would definitely recommend them to others. I appreciate that they did not collect the final payment until all the work was completed as well as the permitting.

Description of Work: I bought the coupon for and air conditiong check up. The appointment was for between 8:00 and 10:00AM. The gentleman came at 8:08. He performed the check up in a timely manner. He was very professional and courtious. He wrote up conditions he found and made recommendations and told me about financing, if I needed it. I plan to have them back to correct those conditions.

Description of Work: The company came to do an inspection and tune-up on my air conditioning unit. They were on time and professional. They gave recommendations on how to get the best performance from the unit which was helpful. I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: I took advantage of an angie's list offer for a/c maintainence for two units. They did have to cancel the first appointment but were very prompt at the second appointment. I never met the service guy (my tenants were home and let him in) but the ladies in the office were very professional. All in all it seems like a well run honest operation. I will certainly call them again.a

Description of Work: AC installation consultation. The consultant was very unprofessional. He was bad-mouthing another company. I did get a good impression by his questions. There was something that just didn't sit well with me. He was the only consultant that did not go up in the attic space; he just removed the covered & "popped his head through to eye-ball the space". Very disappointing
