Description of Work: I purchased a $49 deal for an Air-Conditioning Tune-Up. The service went fine. The technician did a nice job and was pleasant to work with. He was very efficient and came on time. I paid an additional fee for them to service my second AC unit. I had not problem getting in contact with the company or scheduling the service.

Description of Work: The entire experience was so much better than anticipated. This was a big job |In my restored 1926 home. Ted was amazingly polite and understanding of my concerns and instilled confidence that the crew would be cautious and respectful of my interior and garden. Sean,Natcho, Steve, and Ramon were great! We could not ask for a better crew! I had interviewed a number of other companies through Angies list and referrals from friends. I know we made the right choice. I don't know how we survived all these years without A/C. I guess we waited for the right company. I would highly recommend JW heating and air without reservation.

Description of Work: My air conditioning was not working properly, so I called JW Heatin & Air, Inc. Mark, the technician was here on time. My unit, the air & furnace, is on the roof. Mark examined the air and told me what the problem was. |I told him to proceed and he fixed the problem. Considering the unit was never examined since it was installed 9 years ago, I am satisfied with the cost which includes $178 for a maintaince contract. I am definitly going to retain JW for a routine service.

Description of Work: The repairman cleaned the central air conditioning unit but informed me that it needed more work. For another $99, he made the unit operational, but said that without doing the full workout -- the cost of which I think may have been $200 -- he could not guarantee the repair. So far, the unit is working fine.

Description of Work: I could not have been happier with my decision to go with JW Heating. Jeff was very professional and informative from our first meeting and his people were great to work with. It was obvious Jeff has instilled his feeling of customer service onto his employees and I am very happy with the install and operation of the unit we selected. I will use JW again when I need Heat & Cooling again. A+++

Description of Work: a/c broke over a long hot Labor Day weekend, and took 5 days to answer my call. |came out to fix the a/c, and convinced me to buy a warranty. |unbeknownst to me, he dislodged the heat vent valve at the same time. as a result, has been slowly leaking over the course of a year. |now has left a rust brown stain on my ceiling, will cost $300 to fix, and then another person to paint. |terrible, unprofessional attitude from the guy who came out to the house. |never. again.
