Tech was here and looked around and said he could get it going for about a year because it was an older system. He told the estimate was 14,000 I felt was rather high. When I told him he was the first one and wanted others to come over, and when he saw that he was losing me he knocked it down to 12,000 which upset me, I asked a friend of mine, about the 14,000 he said no maybe 7-8000 or maybe 9000. I do not have a really big house. I didn't like his integrity. I feel he was more of a sales person then a tech.Then he said he could just fix for 150, just to give me some heat and air for a year. He said most people that have us come over, stay with us, and have us do the work because of our reputation. He does call me back about a month later to see if I had found anyone. I felt he was very condescending. People should be able to shop around without the company being rude about it.

Getting ready for the summer heat, he came to get the system serviced. However, it is now late August and the heat has come, and the house does not cool! No matter how long we leave the system on (or turn it off for a rest:) it just blows warmish air. Is there something we're not doing here? Overall, this company provides excellent service, and I will recommend them to anyone if they can prove themselves to us again by fixing our AC.

We were in the market for a new AC/HVAC system because we knew that our current system needed to be replaced. We received a few estimates from other companies and our last estimate of the day was from JW Heating and Air. I don't even know where to start because they exceeded my expectation from the very beginning. Dan B. came by to provide an estimate, but he actually sat with us and did not rush us to show him around. Mind you the companies before were in and out within 20 minutes or even less. So it threw me off that he took his time to get to know us first before we even talked about what we needed. After he got to know us and told him what we were looking for, he explained various options that would benefit our home in the long run. He worked with us to get what we needed and did not over sell us on things that we did not need. It was great that my wife and I got to ask a lot of questions. I think he spent over 2 ½ hours or more with us to make sure our questions were answered. Not lot of companies do this anymore. I can see why they are rated so well. This is what is missing in a lot of companies these days! Personalized attention to the customer. After meeting with him, we decided to go with their company and so far we have not been disappointed in our decision. As a matter of fact, they just keep exceeding my expectations. Here’s a few examples of what I mean. Dan was able to schedule an AC/HVAC install for the following week. Within a day or two, the company had scheduled a job walk through with me. Apparently it is standard with their company when doing a new install. Not all companies do this. Most companies just come on the day of install. Cary K. came by to do a job walk through to make sure that they will have all the equipment and parts for the job before they even do the install next week. Again, Cary took his time to walk me through of what was going to happen and he did not rush us either. He made sure that all of our questions were answered as well before he left. The following day, our AC Unit stopped working. We are currently in a heat wave where the temperatures are in the mid 90’s and 100’s. So I called Cary the next day to see if one of his technicians can come by and check it out. I did not expect him to get someone out here since he told me the previous day that they were swamped with servicing a lot of clients during this heat wave. I thought I’d give it a try anyway. I told Cary what was happening to my unit and he said that he will try get someone to my house if possible. A couple of hours later, I get a call from their office that a technician was able to come out to our house. What a great surprise since I was not expecting them to come out all! Thank you Cary for making it happen! Now I don’t have to sit around in a hot home for days! By late afternoon, most companies are already done for the day and enjoying the long Labor Day Weekend. Not JW Heating and Air. They were able to send their technician Ruddy to my house to fix our old AC unit. Just like Dan and Cary, Ruddy was great, affable and easy going. He assessed the problem and went to work right away to fix. And fix it he did. He was able to fix our AC and HVAC until we get our new one next week. He also spent the time to make sure that our unit was working before he left. He finished around 7pm at our house and his day was not even done yet. Thank you Ruddy for doing such a great job and fixing our old AC! On a side note, I’d also like to thank Denise, Chrissy and Monica for being nice and courteous over the phone. It was a pleasure speaking with them as well. In conclusion, it is great to know that I am going to be taken care of if I ever need any service for my AC/HVAC unit. JW Heating and Air have already exceeded my expectations even before I get my new unit installed. I usually do not write reviews this long, but I felt that JW Heating and Air is one of those companies that is worth writing a review about. Their prices may be a little on the high side than other companies, but their service and quality definitely makes up for the price. At the end, I rather spend a little more on a company that has a ton of great reviews and provides excellent customer service and quality. Most of all they will treat you as family which is their motto. You definitely get what you pay for with them and much more! I hope that they keep up the great customer service and quality of service that they provide. Finally, a company you can trust!

About a year ago we had JW install a new air conditioner, heater, and all new ducting. Seeing that we had an incredible experience with JW during that time, we called them up to do routine maintenance and tune up on the system. I called and was able to schedule an appointment easily with JW. However, on the day service was scheduled JW called the wrong person. Eventually they got a hold of me after I had come home from taking the afternoon off of work for the appointment. They were unable to keep the scheduled appointment. I spoke to a manager (Michael) to discuss the situation and reschedule. It is now the day of the rescheduled appointment, they called the wrong person again, and they now want to reschedule again after I've taken another day off work. Extremely disappointing given our first experience with JW and all the positive reviews out there.

They have been professional. They have done everything that needed to be done to maintain a high level working system for us. I am satisfied. I would use them and I would recommend them to everyone.

When they come out and do the maintenance, it takes about a half hour usually. If they have to replace a part it takes about an hour. There is usually only 1 person.

When you have a group of businesses providing service for you and they do an exemplary job, then the tendency would be to keep them and not go looking for someone else that is unknown. I will stick with what I know and what I know is very good. They have been absolutely exemplary, so I will stick with them.

We've been with them for about 6 years. They put in my new unit and I spent a lot of time researching the actual HVAC we put in. They took care of it and they are also on a contract to maintain it. They come out about every 6 months. They come right away if I need them. They are effective. When there is an issue they work hard to determine what the issue is and fix it.

I don't think we've had an increase on the annual contract. They do a good job and clean up after themselves. They do what they say they're going to do.

They have been really good. They are doing fine on every count. They usually call me when it is time to schedule a maintenance appointment, and we set up an appointment. They come at the designated hour, date, and time.

They are doing a great job. We went with them because of the way the installation went. The sale and the installation, the attention to detail, the following up, answering my questions, that is why we stuck with them because of the original sale and installation of the equipment. They have never let me down since. Every time they do their maintenance they do it outstandingly well. I have no reason to even think of changing.

They come out every year, twice a year. It is an annual plan, I forget how much it is, we pay for it once, they come out and they come out again later. The next visit is free, it's not free because you already paid for it. I don't know, for both of them, it's like, I don't know, $150, I think. The price sounds reasonable. They do pretty good work. They do good work. They are clean, and they always wear little booties on their shoes. They are pretty nice and do a good job.

It seemed to take a long time. Motor replaced but blade had to be ordered. Still waiting on that.

David was the repairman that came to my house. He was very thorough. He checked the air ducts for leaks, checked the unit up in the attic and checked the coil and drain plugs. He took several pictures of our existing unit and duct work. He spent a lot of time explaining our options. He was very professional and polite and I would definitely recommend JW Heating and Air, Inc. to anyone! Thank You!

They came out to change my filter and to switch over from the heating to the air conditioning to be sure that everything was functioning properly. They also did my duct cleaning, I had did duct cleaning before and they did a fine job. They were very neat and clean. They did it efficiently and quickly. I get an annual contract with them. I don't have the cost in front of me, and I don't remember it. My appliances continue to function and I'm feeling where I haven't been cheated. That's the best value of all. The quality is excellent. They give me within a certain time frame, there's no question about that. They stay within their time frame there's no question about that, they're responsible and punctual. First of all, this was some years ago. They got excellent reviews. The man who came out was very knowledgeable and very nice. I had a problem, and he took care of it. He also told me I believe that an earlier person said I needed to do; I didn't need to do after looking at my HVAC system. He said no it's fine you don't need to do that, don't let someone sell you on that.

I got an appointment in one day. Ruddy, the technician was extremely professional and thorough. He checked everything and made the necessary repairs. There was no charge because of our warranty.

JW Heating & Air took the time to come out with their owner and top worker to survey the total work, plot out the best way to approach the work and design the new system to work as the best capacity for my needs. This proved to be a wise pre-work analysis since the new system made sure the ducts were not too long and provided the best flow of air. The work performed was of the highest caliber and quality. JW took the extra step to use only the best materials that were above the standard at no additional cost. The team was in touch at all times to be sure their work was being done as best as possible. The end result was a new system that expertly solved all of my previous cooling problems and at a very reasonable cost. JW had my best interest in mind from start to finish. I highly recommend JW for the best service, people and quality.

Excellent! We were having issues with our unit. After reviewing, we were given clear options. Once we decided what we want, we decided on a convenient time for the job to be a done. Jim gave us a full walk through of what we should expect the day of. Crew came right on time and were very respectful and clean. AC works great now! Thank you!

Juan, the service technician, was very thorough! Out of three other companies that had mis diagnosed the problem, he was the only one that took the time to check everything and figure out what was really wrong with the air conditioner.

Extremely well. The staff not only performed all our requested services but addressed ignored problems of past company staffs. They met all our requirements and more. They even considered the customers home, making sure that the working area was protected from any clutter and dirt. After completion of work they vacuumed area and double checked each detail, making sure the work was up to their standards. They made sure that their actions were understood, so they encouraged questions. They deserve 5 plus stars in professional performance.

excellent JW is not the least expensive option, but the A's in all other categories make up for the slightly more than average pricing. the job was completed for the originally quoted rate.
