There was very prompt communication confirming the appointment. The truck showed up right on time. They give you an estimate based on how much of the truck it would fill up. They estimated a half a truck. They were very quick and efficient in cleaning up the materials. My complaint was with the estimate. When they were done it was clear it was only a quarter truck job not a half truck job but no adjustment was made in the price. In fact I even had to ask for the 20 discount for booking online.

My husband and I agreed that we needed more room in our garage so he asked me to find a junk hauler. Thanks to Angie's List I found Junk Junk LA and gave them a call. Setting up a time and day with them was easy. Even though it was raining, the day of the pick up, the driver arrived right on schedule. Arthur introduced himself and his co-worker, explained that they had a $95 minimum and showed me an estimate after he'd looked over all the stuff that my husband had piled in the driveway. The amount sounded reasonable so I gave the go ahead. Arthur and Ernesto went to work. They were quick and efficient and had everything packed into the truck in about 20 minutes or so. Junk Junk LA accepts checks and Arthur wrote out a receipt for me. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. I'd definitely use them again.

They called before they arrived. They were a bit early but that's fine with me. They were polite, quick, and gave us great value for their services. They cleaned-up the area. A appreciated experience.

It went very well. Although they had some difficulty finding the location, they called and got directions and were here shortly thereafter. They promptly introduced themselves and I showed them the locations of and the contents of the trash I wanted removed. The two guys they sent along then started right in to determine the order of putting the trash on their truck and were done in a very short period of time. The price was reasonable for the amount of stuff I had to haul away. In all it took about 30 minutes and I was rid of stuff that had been laying around for a couple years.

The truck arrived at the designated time we had set. I showed them what I wanted removed and they proceeded to do the job. They did exactly what we had agreed to in a timely manner and even swept the driveway when they were done. I would recommended and use them again.

They did a great job clearing everything out and somehow finding room in the truck for all of it. I was a little skeptical that two guys could do everything in the estimated amount of time, but they worked quickly and efficiently, and were all business, which I appreciated. There were even a couple of things that I had forgotten about in the house that we hadn't counted on originally, and it took some extra work, but they were very congenial about it and didn't give off any attitude about anything I asked them to do. I wound up having to pay double the price from what we had expected because there was so much more stuff, but it was worth it to clear everything out and have it hauled away all at one time.

This is the second time I have used Junk Junk Los Angeles. On the day of the pick up, Dave called to ask if it was okay to arrive before the scheduled time. I said yes and as soon as they arrived, they quickly started removing the junk. They are hard workers and they job was completed in very little time. They swept the area clean after they finished. They are polite and easy to work with and I highly recommend them.

The hauling company was able to accomodate my request to extend the date for fulfillment of the service I purchased by a few days beyond the deadline date--no problem, courteous person on phone picked up right away. When the day arrived, the haulers arrived promptly, at the early range of the time they gave. They handled their job expertly and expediently. I live in a condo and sometimes movers or haulers mess up the elevator or the entry-exit area for the elevator. No issues there The people from JunkJunk knew what they were doing, and did it fast. I will call them again if I have other hauling needs.

We purchased a deal and called right away to schedule. We were able to get an appointment for 3 days later. They called to confirm and let us know they were on the way. The haulers were awesome! Courteous, quick, efficient, and swept the room after.

They came and cleaned up all the debris and did a very good job.

I want to share my experience working with JunkJunkLA, despite of all the good reviews it was in fact pretty disappointing and frustrating. Sorry for a lot of boring details:) I moved to the new house on Friday 05/03, one of the goals for that day was to get rid off all the junk we had in the backyard (old carpet and tile) and garage (old kitchen, appliances and a lot of boxes with junk from the previous owner). The main issue for me was the junk in the backyard, we were not able to use the pool because of it, so I expected to get rid of it as soon as possible. They came even earlier than expected, looked at all the junk in the backyard and estimated it as ¾ of a load and that I need to pay extra money (about $100) to load the tile. By volume the tile I had was no more than 1/8 of a truck, hardly more that 300 sqft. I agreed to the estimate and they started to load the garbage. I also noticed that they came already loaded with some other's junk, mattress, furniture etc. I should mention that their trucks are not really large, even after reading reviews and previewing videos on their site I expected something bigger… My mistake was that I did not manage what and how they actually loaded to the truck. They loaded all the pretty light carpet, filled up the truck and left all the heavy tile in the backyard. They said they have no more space and I have to pay for one more visit. I'm confident that if they start with the tile, they would fit the truck with all the junk I had. I asked them for any other solution to fit the tile, and they did not come with any, only saying that they estimated incorrectly and they will just charge me $300 for ¾ of a load… My other mistake was that I agreed to pay them, expecting to solve the issue with their manager later… I was looking at all the junk they left and felt myself very disappointed… I called their company several time that day trying to submit a claim, and in the evening I got a call from their owner (seems his name was David). He suggested to send me $60 check to solve the issue, but it was not about money, I still had to remove the junk. So we agreed that he call me back on Saturday with available dates and come, I even wanted to pay him additional money for the junk I had in the garage. But I haven't heard from them anymore… I ended up working with another guys, who removed all my junk for better price without any problems. So they met their goal (loaded the truck with light carpet), but my goal (remove all the junk) was not met. Probably JunkJunkLA is good for easy and small tasks, but if the work requires more efforts they would find easiest way for them and leave you with your problems alone…

The overall experience was excellent.

Although they arrived a little late they called ahead of time to check to see if ok. It was with me so no big deal. The crew of two guys were very efficient and professional. All done very quickly and really importantly they cleaned and swept up very well.

The work went very well. It was a rainy morning and I gave them the option to reschedule but they wanted to do the work. They arrived early. They were very easy to work with. I showed them what I wanted hauled away and they quickly loaded it into their truck. The 12' long truck was completely full within 2 hours. I will definity call them again.

I had a section in the front courtyard of my house that was filled with about 3 to 4 inches of gravel. I had plans to put down a patio and needed the gravel removed. The company came in and did a quick , neat job. It wad done to my satisfaction allowing me to proceed with my plan.

I had everything out on my rather long driveway. David and one other worker loaded and hauled it all away in about an hour. They arrived promptly at the agreed upon hour. They were very professional and courteous. They driveway was left clean.

They did a good job. They took away a lot of stuff. They were nice and personable and did what I asked them to do. The quality of work was good.

He accommodated my schedule. There was more debris than what was covered by the deal, but he gave me a good price to complete the job. They worked very quickly and the yard looked great when they left.
