Description of Work: No actual work was performed but, I did get a quote. I received a quote for foundation repair and earthquake retrofit. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional from over the phone to in person. The quote was very good. I plan on contacting them in the future to have the work done.

Description of Work: the company sent out Zach to give me an estimate he was very professional and answered all my questions even told me questions I should have answers for. I told him how much money I had to do the job. he got back to me in 24 hrs as promised and gave me a big discount to fit my budget.I got two more estimate to be sure but Julian was the best.i had the best experience ever . they came on time every day all the workers and foreman was very friendly and professional. they pulled all the permits cleaned up every day, secured my property.they finished on time and every thing was done beautifully. I highly recommend this company if you want an excellent job with no headaches

 + -1 moreI don't think we would use this company again in the future. I just was not happy with the final cost of the job that they did. We only had 2 other quotes and the price did seem fair at first, but it just seemed to start adding up more and more as the job went on. Everyone we dealt with was very polite and they did do good work. They had told us that they would be here by a certain time and they were a little late. They didn't even bother to give us the courtesy of a phone call to tell us that they were running late. We were not that impressed by that.
Description of Work: Jilian Construction added sill plate anchor bolts to the main support beams in some of the walls to strengthen the them. This is per Los Angeles city standards. They ended up tearing out some entire walls and re-building them with new stronger drywall.

When I was having a hard time understanding that the company was calling me to cancel and that they were trying to refer me to another company (whose name and phone number they were unable to provide) the person on the phone was rude to me.
