Jose and his team were very easy to work with. I can't stress enough how much of a pleasure it was having them as our painters. Originally, we were bid to just do the interior work but things went so well and quickly that we added on the additional outside work. They were very accommodating regarding the extra work and the additional cost was very fair. The final payment was exactly what the original bids were so there were no surprises. They always showed up when they said they would (which was often at 8am). They completed all of the work including the added work on time. They were professional, hard working and focused on giving consistent quality. They did a lot of work above and beyond painting and I wouldn't hesitate to have them do more than just painting again in the future. I've already recommended them to multiple people and will hire them again in the future. Thanks Jose for helping to make our house a home!

Jose and his brother were on time, took great care to cover floors and furniture, and carefully cleaned all surfaces before beginning to paint.

I moved into a new house and needed two rooms painted before my furniture arrived. Jose was my third painter, after the previous two were no show. He came on time for the estimate, pointed out the over painting on some of the frames and asked if I wanted that corrected. He showed up on time to complete the job and did an amazing job. It was perfect and his clean up was great. I highly recommend Jose.

He was a quiet worker, he and his helper were excellent. They didn't bother us at all, they set up and did their work, the next thing we knew they were done. They did darn good work. He matched the color exactly.

Jose was friendly and professional. He was prompt and finished the work early. He said he would finish in 4-5 days but finished in 3 days.

It went very well. Jose assisted in the color selection. Very knowledgable, and professional. My wife and I will use his service again to complete the rest of our home painting project and our rental properties.

They gave an estimate 2 months ago. They were quoting. It was one guy. His name was Jose. He was a very nice guy. I felt like he would have done a good job. I think the main reason we didn't go with him was because he said it would take 2 weeks. We wanted it to get done quicker so we went with a larger team. It would be worth giving him a shot. He gave the lowest price. I called him and he was prompt and he showed up a few minutes early.

I was involved in a fairly busy remodel where I performed all of the demolition work and then hired various subcontractors to come in an do the work. I did not hire a general contractor and was therefore picky when choosing subcontractors. I took several bids from various painters and reviewed Angie's list comments. Jose's price was beyond fair and he coordinated his work with the other subcontractors. He was always punctual, made suggestions where necessary, provided a helpful nudge here and there where he thought I may want to consider another option, and his end results are quite nice. I would hire him again...and you should to.

They were always on time and were very clean. They did all good detail work. They made sure top fill in all the holes and crevices in the wood. The took the windows off and painted them. They filled all the holes in the ledges and frames and then sanded them. They then primed it and painted it. Before they painted, they sealed all the windows with caulking.

After using Jose before to pain my interior I decided to used him again to paint my balcony and patch some large holes and cracks. He painted just the inside portions of the balcony. I did not bid out the work as he gave me a good price and I trusted his work. He did a great job matching the paint and an even better job patching the holes and cracks. It came out perfect. In the beginning I debated if really needed it, but as I sit on my balcony typing this review I realize it was worth it. As usual his service was great and there were no issues

From beginning to the end this was a great process. Jose came by when it was convenient for us. He listed carefully to what my wife was looking for and was able to provide some quick suggestions that closely matched what she was looking for. We then drove around our neighborhood and he showed us the houses he has worked on and even introduced us to a family that recently had work done by Jose. That whole processes really helped solidify our desire to go with Jose versus a few other painters that we got bids from. Jose and his team worked very hard. There was a couple rain delays that slowed things down but still Jose pushed hard to meet our timeline. After we put up some paint my wife decided to tweak the color a bit by making it a bit darker. Jose was very supportive of this change. There were many small patch jobs and I was worried that his team may rush over them. They took their time and showed pride in their work. The end result was great. Many neighbors and friends have commented on just how great the paint and stucco looks. I was so happy with Jose that I ended up using him for several other jobs.

The colors were matched very well. Jose and his assistant did a careful, clean job. He was very responsive to our concerns and solved some problems that arose with hanging a new light fixture in the bathroom. We were very satisfied with his work.

I found him on Angie's List and he has a handsome web site. Few contractors are prepared to do that and Jose was one of the few I was able to get that was able to do that and do it professionally. I think his price was fair. He had a crew of two guys that tried to scrub this down and did their due diligence getting up on the ladders and scrubbing because the power wash was not doing the job. They were very conscientious and thorough. I was anxious because they were crawling around on my tile roof but they were very detailed trying to get into crevices. Jose did warn me that he might not be able to accomplish miracles but his crew did a very conscientious and thorough job in that regard. They worked hard for the time they were here. Jose came out and supervised the start of their work; he then left but the workers seemed to be able to take care of themselves and finish up the job without any undue concerns. They helped clean up outside the windows as well as several other things that were not required but was something they were able to do while they were climbing around the second story of the structure.

I received several estimates. Some from Angeies list and some from recommendations. Jose's painting came from a recommendation. I down selected 2 vendors and negotiated the prices. Jose was very professional through out my process. Ultimately I choose Jose because I felt he provided the best value for the money. Note that I was not going for the lowest price but I wanted the best work at the best price. I also felt that I could trust Jose with the work. Jose and his 2 workers took about a week to do the work (as he estimated). There were no issues with Jose or any of his workers during the process. Nothing was damaged. Jose gave me a status update everyday. I had a chance to observe the work one morning and it reconfirmed my belief that Jose had the right skills and experience to do the job. Jose had already sanded my door and prepped it with primer. I noticed that he used a different brush and strokes for the recessed part of the door. He took his time doing this and it came out great, it was a really old crappy door (I will include a picture if I can) and now it looks like new. There were a lot of small touches he did. Any good painter will pay attention to this level of detail, but it is very hard to find a good painter. Everything came out as expected and I feel I got my money's worth. I would definitely use Jose again but I don't think I will have to for many years.

It went great and I was prepared to give a rave review. Jose and Fernando painted from 11/26 thru 11/30 and it looks fabulous. The problem is that one of them scratched my bathtub. It had been reglazed white over a green tub. It is not peeling, there are jagged scratches. I didn't notice until Sunday because I use the master shower, this is only used by guests. I had noticed on Wednesday that the shower curtain was open and there was dirt on the tub but no scratches. I am kicking myself for forgetting to ask them not to use the tub for cleanup. Obviously that is what they were doing. Jose denies it, he supposedly asked Fernando who also denies it. I live alone so there's no other possibility. I had planned on using them to paint the bedrooms and the exterior. I also would have recommended them to anyone looking for a painter and I would have given a great review here but I can't recommend a company that damages my home and doesn't take responsibility.

Some contractors are very condescending when discussing the job with a woman, this vendor was not like that! I felt very comfortable with him.

He does a good job. He has great customer service. He is reliable and came when he said he would.
