Jose's Painting

I originally hired Jose's Painting to repair and paint the walls of my bathroom. I had damaged the walls in removing old wallpaper myself and realized that the job really required professional expertise. The team recognized immediately recognized the problems and quoted a reasonable price. Jonathan, who performed most of the work (it was a tight space that could really only accommodate one person) arrived early every morning and prepared the bathroom carefully. Because of the extent of repairs required, the work took four full days, which didn't surprise me. Satisfied with the result, I hired Jose's Painting to smooth the ceiling, repair the walls, and paint a living room, dining room, and hallway, a job that also required painting 10 doorways and three windows, including multi-paned French doors. This job, involving several people, was again completed in a very professional and timely manner, at a reasonable price. I look forward to being able to return to Jose's Painting for future jobs.

After speaking with a few contractors, we hired Jose's Painting because of their professionalism, reasonable price, friendliness, and valid contractor's license. Their work was consistent with our initial impression. They did the job quickly and professionally. The color match of the paint was exact. They answered all our questions, and when I pointed out a few overlooked spots of peeling stucco, they quickly and happily took care of it. I would readily hire them again.

Jose first came to discuss the work that needed to be done and he was very straight-forward and friendly. We then discussed cost and colors via email. Jose's team came in and worked quickly and professionally. When they left, there was no mess behind, and the walls looked great. There were a few spots that got smudged before the paint was fully dry and Jose sent people to fix it without any additional cost to us. We would definitely use Jose's Painting again.

Jose's crew was extremely professional and courteous. They not only did an exemplary job but did it for a highly competitive price. What's more, unlike almost every other contractor I've used, Jose did not require any payment (down or progress) until the entire job was finished and I was happy with it! That speaks volumes to me about his confidence in his crew's abilities. They finished the job in less time than anticipated and are willing to do touch-ups if needed. I recommend Jose's Painting (as I already have to friends and neighbors) without hesitation.

I needed the outside of the house painted and wood to be sanded, along with a few fascia boards that needed to be replaced. Jose's crew showed up everyday on time, was very professional and did a very good job. Whenever I called Jose to ask him a question, he called back immediately. After the work was done, I needed a few things touched up. He set up a date and time with me, and took care of what needed to be done. He has a wonderful crew that could not have been nicer. I am very happy with the work that he did.

Overall a very good experience. We consulted three painters, and Jose's Painting gave the most competitive estimate by far. Jose was very clear about what would and would not be included, preventing surprises down the line. Jose put up numerous color samples at our request, and suggested some additional colors which ended up being good choices. Jose and his whole team, led by Elvis when Jose was away, were polite and worked quickly, and were careful with our fixtures, etc. They were also patient with us when we took longer than expected to choose some colors. They were able to remove a mirrored wall and completely patch and re-texture the wall to match the other walls perfectly. At final walk-through, some touch up was required and we found some areas which were missed, but Jose and his team had a good attitude and fixed them quickly and with no complaints. We will definitely use Jose's Painting again.

Very good experience from the estimate to the finished product. Jose Jr. handled the estimate and administrative aspects. Jose Sr. oversaw the actual service. And Elvis (head painter), Marcos and Manuel did the day-to-day prep, patch and paint job. All were very professional and efficient. They were approachable and had a can-do attitude. They even did a few "handyman" type jobs. We will need more painting done on the interior of our house and will definitely use this company again.

It was a pleasure to work with this group. They gave us a very competitive bid. They showed up early and always kept us informed about how the work was going. They paid attention to detail and were always pleasant and helpful. I feel lucky that we found them. The house looks great.

I recommend this company without any hesitation. I have very high standards which few people can meet. However, Jose and his team did it! I would come home after work and magically another room was painted with much attention to detail, the area absolutely clean, and my furniture/decorations back in their exact same spot. They were also very helpful in providing color suggestions. Everyone in the crew was excellent. "No" is not in their vocabulary. They even helped with carpentry. They are fair and did not nickel and dime me.

They were the best. I had been worried because my usual painter went out of business. However that has been a blessing. Jose was punctual and professional. They did excellent preparation and the painting was exquisite. I cant honestly say it is the best I have seen. It was all done for the price quoted. I had other quotes that seemed lower, but they were bidding labor only. I will definitely use them again.

Jose and his crew did an excellent job and always conducted themselves like gentlemen. Jose was very patient and helpful in making the color choices for the paint and stain. I have container plants around the house. They took pictures of how they were arranged. They moved them away from the house before starting and put them back where they originally were when they were finished. They tidied up at the end of each day. They thoroughly cleaned up when the job was completed, leaving nothing behind. Jose and his crew were a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with their work.

Jose did a Fantastic job! I have hired MANY contractors and he is among the best all around. Excellent job and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

If you're looking to hire a painter, don't walk -- run and hire Jose Rosales! Jose, Jose Jr. and their crew could not have provided a better experience for me and my family! Besides doing incredible work at a very competitive price, they are as professional and friendly as any vendor I've ever hired. I had them paint the entire outside of my two-story home, and had them replace a large amount of rotted trim wood. They also repaired and painted rain damaged walls and ceilings in my house, and lastly, painted our French doors and two bedrooms. Everything was done on time and with great care. You can tell that Jose only hires painters with a strong work ethic, as they were always on time (or early), always polite, and always eager to make sure we were happy with the work. At the end of every day they cleaned up immaculately. Again, I couldn't have had a better experience with Jose and his team, and I would hire them again without hesitation. 5 Stars!!

Excellent! We are very pleased with the quality of the work. Jose was prompt, professional and personable. It was a pleasure working with him and his team. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and to protecting our floors in the process. The entire job took only two days with four painters the first day and two on the last day. We will definitely recommend this company and hire them ourselves again.

The board interviewed several painters for this project, and Jose was by far the most prepared and professional. He provided a detailed quote and was flexible on price within our budget. He and his father were also extremely helpful in providing paint samples in different parts of the building, so we could see them in all types of light. We were also having the light fixtures replaced and Jose suggested we paint after this was complete. The entire job took less time than expected, and they also returned to touch up and repaint one of our elevator doors. The whole crew was professional, polite and left everything in top condition every day. We would recommend Jose's Painting highly and would be happy to hire them again for other projects.

Excellent, professional, timely work by very competent, multi-talented crew. They stayed on schedule, and cleaned up each night. Very clean and pleasant.

Excellent professional workmanship! The workers arrived promptly in the morning and worked several hours/day over 4 days. On the first day, they were kind enough to remove a love seat and a wood cabinet from the house to the curbside, and slap a Free sign on the items. This was a tremendous service to me and it allowed the painters to have more room to work in the living room. Window treatments were removed and trashed. Furniture and newly refinished hardwood floors were covered with drop cloths and windows were covered with plastic for privacy. I forgot to ask the electrician to remove an old wall light fixture; again, the guys were kind enough to remove the fixture, secure the wiring, and patch the hole. Also, on the first day, a strip of the old carpeting was removed around the baseboards to they could paint to the bottom edge of the baseboard, which will look great when the new carpeting is installed. Problem areas of cracks and peeling paint were scraped and primed, plus there were several areas around new electrical outlets and light switches that needed to be filled in and patched. The remaining days were spent painting the walls and trim. The crew cleaned up the work area each day and kept their tools and painting equipment in a neat pile next to the garage. The crew had no problems in repainting areas that did not cover well and smoothing some rough patches. Supervision was done on a daily basis to ensure the work was properly completed. Communication with Jose was easy. He was always responsive to my calls and answered my questions. He promptly returned my phone calls; I did not have to chase him down. I will hire Jose and his crew to paint the exterior house trim.

We had a great experience with Jose's Painting. I was contacted by Jose Rosales very soon after my initial inquiry. He was able to come by and give us an estimate within a day. He walked through our three bedroom, multi-level townhouse and we discussed specific paint colors for various parts of the home. Later that day he sent me a written estimate, including a one-page straightforward contract. He also sent his proof of insurance. Jose was very professional and polite, and communicates very clearly. We scheduled a time for his crew to begin work and the work was started on time and completed ahead of schedule. They moved all of the furniture and protected it along with the floors, and other wood surfaces that were not being painted. During the project, we added some additional areas to be painted, and Jose was able to quickly give me an adjusted price. The completed job was done with perfection! All of the walls, trim, and doors were meticulously painted and exactly what we had asked for. Jose remained responsive throughout the entire project. The crew left our place "move in" ready, and we did not have to do anything once they finished. I highly recommend this painting contractor and would definitely use them again.

I have no complaints. He started and ended the job on time. His crew did not go over the price of the estimate. His foreman saw that my gutters were clog and unclog them for me. I was pleased with the work
