Jorge Estrada did not align new installation of windows nor level them- gaps in replacement of siding (we see daylight from inside house) used inferior products with new termites (just had home tented) Estrada used 1"1/8 fence material instead of proper width for molding (1"6/8); fittings around new window have noticeable gaps, top, bottom, sill, etc.. Estrada tried to replace old molding to bottom of sill and when I made notice, he said would give me "free" new molding at no extra charge(???). Estrada did not plane edges for rounded/smooth sill corners. Used improper tools leaving marks on wood. Estrada did not remove the debris left from old windows "contract" HE wrote didn't require removal of old materials- why not mention or why the omission? Followed me uncomfortably close and became argumentative when I asked the obvious gaps had not been measured or fitted properly.
Description of Work: Replaced Wood Windows in Craftsmans home - sashing, redwood, outside casing, install "new" windows. Overcharged from previous quotes received but we wanted a quality job and based on Angie's List previous client said work was great- not the case for us.

HIS WORK IS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY, ESPECIALLY THE FINE CARPENTRY WORK HE HAS DONE IN REDWOOD TO MATCH THE ORIGINAL REDWOOD OF MY HOME. HE WORKS STEADILY LONG HOURS, AND KEEPS ON SCHEDULE. HIS COSTS ARE VERY COMPETITIVE.
Description of Work: OVER A PERIOD OF YEARS, STARTING IN 1980, MR. ESTRADA REMODELED THE WHOLE INTERIOR OF MY HOME FROM A VERY OLD 1905 TO A MODERN TWO STORY, INCLUDING THE KITCHEN, ADDING A BATHROOM, ADDING CLOSETS AND A LAUNDRY ROOM, AND DESIGNING MUCH ORIGINAL CARPENTRY WORK, INCLUDING WALL TO WALL BOOKSHELVES AND CABINETS AND BUILT IN DESK.
