The first plumber arrived on time, fixed the faucet quickly, and made a very thorough and careful inspection under the house. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and careful he was and how willing he was to spend time checking everything. The faucet began to leak again about two weeks later, however. I called Jo-Mi again, and they sent someone else out to look at it. He again arrived on time and worked quickly. He showed me that the part the first plumber had put in was defective and replaced it. They didn't charge for the second visit.

We met with Kelvin regarding a re-pipe with extensive additional work. Job was at least $15K. Had a great meeting, he seemed very thorough. Never ever heard back from him again. Emailed and called the office to no avail. SO disappointed. We were so impressed with him in person and his references and were shocked at the lack of professionalism in not returning our calls even to tell us if he wasn't interested in the job. No second chances for this vendor.

Called Jo-Mi on Saturday morning. Someone was at our home within an hour, and the water line was replaced within 30 minutes (I had already purchased the replacement lines). Michael, the plumber, was professional, punctual, and courteous. This was our first experience with Jo-Mi, but having gone through several plumbers with whom we were not thrilled they have become our go-to plumbers.

Work was well done. The guy they sent out was a bit slow for my standards. Everything was a big deal, to get more copper piping, to stand up, etc. He was a fit looking guy, but just seemed to be acting on why it was taking so long. I am used to contractors that come in and get the job done so they can take other jobs and make more money. Confusion on the billing, I called to request time/materials but they came to do the job and he thought it was a flat rate price, so the job took all day. Had to deal with the front office over billing issues.

They arrived on time, no problems. Took out our old faucet and replaced it with the new faucet. The plumber was very nice, very efficient.

The plumber showed up on time. He got to work right away. He noticed we had a faulty valve and replaced it for us as part of the service. He worked very quickly and with little disruption. He completed the work in less time than had been originally estimated and as a result the price was lower than expected too. Everything was left in a clean and orderly manner. We were very happy with the service.

They were good! They were organized, responsive, and on time, and did what needed to be done.

They are wonderful. They have come several times, and they have done a great job each time. They always come when they say they will. The prices are reasonable. The workers are always very nice, friendly, and they also speak perfect English.

He was honest and very prompt. I felt like he was very efficient. He admitted to not finding the problem. He responded to me very quickly and I would highly recommend him.

They were great. Came over when I needed them, were right on time and very fast. Anthony was our plumber and I would definitely ask for him again. Very happy with the company.

Overall service was excellent. A custom part was ordered to repair sink and required another visit.

They are really responsive. It's not that their service is a great price but they are really knowledgeable and they have fixed problems that other people have caused. They always show up when they say they will.

The plumber showed up on time and was very nice. He took a look at our access points to the sewer and brought a rooter machine into the backyard. He ran it through several times to make sure everything was clear. He was very nice and informative. He tested the pipe by running water through it and having me flush the toilet several times. The pipe is no longer draining slowly.

The owner first offered a few ways we could defer the repair until Monday to save the weekend surcharge, then sent a repairman earlier than promised. The repairman was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We were so impressed we scheduled some additional work for a later date with the same company.

It did not happen at all. They arrived two and one half hours late and blamed me for their late arrival, stating that they did not have a number when I gave them a pager and a cell phone number and explained that I had a secretary. Called me on my pager at 2:00 and quoted 12:00 noon. The arrived at 4:30 - too late to do anything.

Excellent. Tim was right on time and promptly took care of both problems. I had several other issues that I discussed with him and he was more than happy to take the time to check them for me and offer advice on how I could deal with them in the future. I found him to be very professional with a great attitude.

Rudy is a top-flight plumber with outstanding skills, is responsive to customers requirements, offers excellent suggestions and carries out his assignment with great diligence and professionalism; no mess, no fuss - just got the job done with timely skill! And he had all the tools necessary to do the job - I did not have to lend him any of my tools (which in my experience is unusual with service personnel!)

They came out at the prescribed time and quickly fixed the problem. They charged me the one hour of labor as agreed.

The work was originally scheduled for a Friday between 10-12 but I could not make the appointment and called to reschedule on the Wednesday before. Unfortunately I got a call at 10:45 on Friday morning from the plumber who was at my door. At this point A++ for being on time C for not recording the change in appointment time. I called the company to reschedule and they were able to schedule me for the following Tuesday. Anthony arrived right on time, completed the work diligently and timely, gave me an estimate on the remaining work and was gone within an hour. He is a class act. Long story short, I will hire JO-MI again and hope that I get Anthony. I was impressed with their professionalism and have forgiven and forgotten the scheduling mishap.

They were great. I mentioned Angie's List in the initial conversation. They were helpful, candid, professional, prompt and informed. I could not be more delighted.

My mother lives alone (I live a couple hours out of town) so I'm cautious about whom to hire for her repairs. A technician (Anthony) came over, was very nice, and fixed everything. We had called only for the shower repair but asked, since he was there, if they could fix the toilet which the handle often got stuck. They charged for an hour even though the work took a little more than that. You don't hear that much these days. Very impressed. Although their office was very close, Anthony made a quick trip back to get a part for the toilet. Great service and would hire again. Highly recommend.

Rudy did an excellent job, as he did the last time. He is prompt, polite, and professional. He even took his shoes off at our condo front door and worked in socks, to prevent tracking in any dirt, and brought his own towel to kneel on while working. Jo-Mi Plumbing has done a great job.

Anthony arrived well within the two-hour window I was quoted for the service call. He was courteous, kept things clean, answered my questions, and explained the situation clearly. He ably diagnosed the problem and completed the repair within an hour. I was prepared to pay for one hour's time plus parts, which is exactly what it turned out to be. Two previous plumbers have addressed the same problem with no longterm success, so it's been a great relief to hear no running water in the toilet since the repair was done. I would call Jo-Mi again without hesitation.

I started by sending an e-mail, then following up with a call. Fernando in the main office was very polite and pleasant. Since these weren't emergencies, we set up an appointment for the following week, on a Friday between 1 & 3 p.m On the day of the appointment, it was getting close to 3 p.m. and I hadn't heard from their technician, so I called the main office. They got their man on the phone right away and discovered his previous appt. was running long. Rather than making us reschedule, they found a second repairman (Tim) and sent him over within 15 minutes. He finished all the repairs but one in under 2 hours, due to lack of one needed part. We rescheduled the additional repairs and this time Rudy arrived at the scheduled time, had the part, and completed the final fixes (including one toilet we hadn't mentioned). He was thorough, pleasant and efficient. The invoice was clear, concise, and charged as promised. Altogether a good experience.
