Description of Work: We used JMC about 4 years ago to paint our house and gazebo. This time we needed to paint the 5 foot iron fencing surrounding our half-acre property. Since there was much rust this also involved extensive prep and rust proofing in addition to painting. JMC was the low bid out of three which was also our experience last time. It took his two man crew four days to complete the work with which we were quite happy. Joe Chung, the owner is a good business man. In addition to painting the fence, he offered to pressure wash the house for free since he would have the equipment here anyway. This little bit of extra effort provided alot of value with which we were quite pleased.

+ 1 moreJoe is very prompt, professional, and courteous. His team shows up on time every day and is very neat and friendly. The job site is always clean at the end of the day. Highly recommended!
Description of Work: Painted the interior of a 3,000 square foot house along with all wrought-iron light fixtures, curtain rods and railings, and wrought-iron driveway gate. Stained all baseboards. Painted all exterior wrought-iron fences and exterior stucco retaining walls. Installed light fixtures. Cleaned and sealed all interior floor tiles. Pressure washed and sealed exterior tiles and concrete.
