WARNING: This company (both John Day Sr, and his son) are frauds and crooks! Don’t ever hire them for roof repair. They charged an arm and a leg for a small roof repair which we needed and guaranteed their work in that repair area for three years. Less than a year in from their “work” the leak returned in the area and it is even worse than what it was originally. We were strung along by John Jr. who made idiotic excuses one after another as to why he was taking so long to come back out and repair the leak (which evidently he didn’t take care of the first time). I remained patient for far too long and gave him/them the benefit of the doubt - now just crickets. I will be reporting JLD Construction to the Better Business Bureau because thieves like this should be put out of business. I hope you never have to endure such deception from a roof repair company.

I paid these guys 750.00 to seal coat my patio roof with a two year warranty and they've been back once and it still leaks. I call and they laugh and hang up on me!!!!!!! Or no answer to my phone messages left!!!
