JE ROOFING

I own properties and used JE Roofing for years on full roof replacements and repairs. However, our relationship ended so badly that I'm compelled to write a review. I hired them to repair a gutter over an apartment building. Years later, I hired them again to conduct a roof repair over a tenants unit. The lack of communication by JE lead to the tenant calling the city inspector on me for not repairing the leak in a timely manner. Which added more urgency to the repair. I expressed my concern to JE who continued to botch the job, not show up, and not communicate what was happening. This created a lot of problems. Ultimately, the job was "completed" but the following rainy season, it was clear that the repair was not successful. I had to offer the tenant a discount on rent because of all the troubles and had to hire a different company to conduct the repair. What was discovered was that the roof work was fine. But the gutter in which they replaced 2 years prior was not installed correctly. JE could not repair, refused to reimburse and did a terrible job communicating. It was even more painful that they would treat a repeat customer the way they did. I strongly would not use them for your job.

Jose and Crystal are fantastic. They helped us get some repairs on the roof done right after we moved into our home and before we had our baby, which as due 3/15 and thankfully came a bit late. But I was hormonal and and Jose and Crystal were so kind, professional and did great work. Jose even replaced this strangely custom glass sunroof on the pool house for us, which made life so much easier. I even forgot it was done and called him, and Jose was kind and reassured me it was taken care of (I was so pregnant I didn't want to walk to the pool house to see for myself). They did a great job with our gutters and we will be using them now for annual maintenance.

JE Roofing arrived as scheduled and made the repairs. JE Roofing described what they were going to do and completed the hob on schedule. They also gave me a five-year guarantee against leaks. So far I have not had to call them back. I found JE Roofing using Angie's List and I am very please with their work. I highly recommend them.

Everything went well. They came in and fixed everything in a timely manner.

Workers showed up on time and completed the job within one week as promised. Permits were pulled as promised and a signed off permit was provided to me before requesting final payment.

They did not try to do more work than necessary. They saw the problem and fixed it successfully.

They're hold to get a hold of sometimes, but they are good group of guys. Patient and wanting to do a good job.

I had horrible water intrusion and had several contractors for both inside and outside come to my home to look at the problem. I was recommended to J.E. Roofing by my Realtor as well as a co-worker who said nothing but great things. Jose was the only one to come over and immediately understand the problem as well as give me a price that was very fair compared to other contractors. He removed stonework, and located the problem of poorly installed flashing which he fixed, hot mapped, re cemented, and re-stoned to look like new. He also fixed several other areas to prevent future damage and included in the quoted price. He also applied new sealant to other rooftop patios in my building complex so the other units would not have the same problem (separate price from above figure, paid by HOA). Jose is easy to work with, a great communicator and works hard to make things right. Very happy with his services, highly recommend working with him!
