This is one great company. Communication and setting up an appointment for an estimate was easy, and Cory showed up with her bubbly, beautiful personality and professional advice. If I were you, definitely meet with Cory first before making any decisions about window treatments. And she'll brighten your day!

I liked her and liked what she had, but I just found someone who was significantly less money. She was knowledgeable.

Cory Jacoby came out promptly and was a total professional. I have worked with her husband Gary in the past and they are both wonderful to deal with. She gave us expert advice and tried to save us money, too. They are doing many extra things for us at no cost, like removing old drapes and hardware and fixing an old vertical blind that hasn't worked in ages. I would highly recommend them.

(04/11/2010) First, I have always received stellar professionalism with Angie’s List. This is no different with hiring Jacoby Co. Cory commands a confident designers eye. Her suggestions are on point and reasonable. It was such a pleasure to have quality professionals DO their job and take the pressure off of me. I was afraid I would be overwhelmed by choices and "have to" make the right decision. She did that with ease and grace. Next Gary (her husband) Cory and Nelson come into measure and re assess the job. Suddenly your home becomes theirs as they visualize and describe Cory’s vision or Grays recommendation. They are a designing whirlwind of excitement. Nelson (installer) follows with subtle suggestions and a quite excitement and knowledge. the work was completed in one day. Gary called when he arrived at the house and when the work was completed. They left no evidence and installation debris, just a glow of perfection. I had one minor adjustment to make, Gary and Cory were prompt to follow up and personally look at the work they did. Overall it was a pleasure and easy. I wish I had more windows!!! UPDATE (04/25/2010) The performance of this company is worthy of TWO reviews!! I had what I had hoped was a minor adjustment. Gary and Cory quickly responded and personally come to review the work to confirm I was happy. (nice touch!!) Gary took the curtains and then returned not only with the curtains but with an additional solution- a sash!! Brilliant. He reinstalled the curtains added the sash-Voila!! Gorgeous window treatments!! I am very pleased to have experienced The Jacoby Co.

An e-mail through Angie's list yielded no results so I telephoned. Evidently, not all e-mails are properly forwarded so always phone if you don't hear back from an e-mail to anyone. By phone the appointment was prompt and convenient. Cory arrived on time with many samples and even more ideas. She found a less expensive alternative for the kind of blinds I knew I wanted and a very inexpensive and grand solution for the windows I did not have any idea about. Really excellent service with loads of alternatives. Gary came and measured about a week later. All of the blinds and shades were done 10 days earlier than they originally thought which was great. There were a couple of small problems -- a measurement that had to be re-taken and an item forgotten on delivery -- but these were remedied quickly and easily. These are pleasant people who do their work precisely and well and stand behind all of it. I have no doubt that if anything comes up they will take care of it. But the products are high quality and the installation solid, so it is hard to imagine what would come up.

Very nice guy. Gave me several options, discussed pros and cons. Product came in promptly and very happy with it. Would definitely use this company again!

Cory has a great eye and is a pleasure to work with. We followed her advice on almost everything and have been extremely pleased. She did shutters for bedrooms and the den, beautiful curtains in the living and dining rooms, and she made the perfect old-time roller shades for the kitchen ... they match perfectly the style of th house. Everything is top quality and was installed quickly. Cory even went the extra mile and helped us pick out bedding and other accessories to pull everything together. When all was done, she even surprised us with a custom-made skirt for the bed. Working with her was a wonderful experience. She went beyond every step of the way.

They were spectacular. I would use them for every window in my home & I'm saving up so that I can do so!

THEY ARE A BIT HARD TO GET A HOLD OF; AS THEY ARE PRETTY BUSY. HOWEVER, THEY DO MAKE AN EFFORT TO RESPOND IN A RELATIVELY TIMELY MANNER. THEIR PRICES ARE A BIT EXPENSIVE, BUT I THINK THEY ARE COMPETITIVE. THEY HAVE WORKED WITH US IN A STEP-PROCESS TO MAKE SURE GET WHAT WE NEED, FOR A PRICE THAT WE CAN AFFORD.
