Cory came to our new home prior to the move in date and consulted with us on window coverings. In the end, we selected wood shutters/blinds. We pushed ourselves budget-wise but now that the installation is complete we are absolutely thrilled! Cory has a great eye for design and understood what we needed. In addition, the installers were fast and very detail oriented which we appreciated in our new home. They also cleaned up after themselves during the install. I highly recommend this team of folks. I think they really have customer service down and I would definately call on them again.

Exceptional. We have used decorators in the past in have had mixed success. Cory Jacoby stands out as our most successful experience. First, she did what she said she would do. Next, she has tasteful and creative ideas and is able to accommodate the tastes and preferances of her client. Finally, she sees it through. Beginning to end Cory served our needs and provided the very best in client service. She considered our needs and our preferences and designed 4 rooms that met the goals of our kids us as parents. She began by interviewing all of us. The kids can be a bit stand-offish but Cory is just a nice person and my two girls took to her from the start. The room designs met our needs as parents but the design also personalized the rooms for the kids such that they felt part of the process and they love the outcome. The master bedroom feels like an entirely different room and we absolutely love what Cory has done for us. It is amazing what curtains and bedding can do for a room. Cory has the intangible that makes for a distinguished professional. She has the ability to integrate her feel for style and her taste with her client's preferences and we are more than satisfied with the value we received from Cory and the Jacoby. Overall, an exceptional outcome and I will use Jacoby for future needs with enthusiasm.

Jacoby is very knowledgeable about his field. He did a good job for us but he is not organized. He has a lovely demeanor and does good work but not super punctual.

We have a living room and dining room that requires window treatment and had tried doing it ourselves but we were dissatisfied with our results and therefore we decided to secure the services of a professional. We found Jacoby Company on Angie's list with glowing comments and an A rating. Cory Jacoby came to our home and we explained what we were looking for and she came up with what me and my wife thought would be perfect selection of window coverings. In addition, she was able to advise us on other decorating ideas and home improvements. Cory herself is professional, has a very good "eye" for how a room should look including colors and where furniture should be located in a room. She also has a keen sense regarding what should not be in the room. Finally, she is very professional, communicates well, very personable, sincerely honest and does not hold back. By the end of the walk-thru of our rooms I felt like I was talking to a friend. The estimate is more than we expected, but the services and material that Jacoby would provide seem to be well worth it to do it right. I wish we had known about them when we first bought our home. We have repairs, restoration and tenting for termites we have to do first before contract to do our window treatments but we look forward to doing business with Jacoby Company.

The Jacoby Company did all of our window treatments and they did a fantastic job! From our initial consultation through the installation, they were creative, professional, helpful and pleasant. I recommend them highly as I am incredibly happy with their work. Cory and her team are the best!!!!

Cory came over to our house to talk about different window treatments that we could put on our windows in our Kitchen, Office and Front entry. We decided to go with shutters without the central bar. A few days later she dropped off samples of stain and colors of which we chose one that matched. About one week later the wood shutters were installed and they looked beautiful!!! We are very happy with them and the service that Jacoby Company provided. I would highly recommend them. Cory always showed up on time and was very professional as was the installer.

Their service worked out fine. Everything went well. It was stressless to work with them. She came out and showed us the samples and did the measurements. Her husband came out to do the installation. He came back out to steam them since there were some wrinkles. Everything looks perfect now.

Initial contact by Gary, very good. On-site guy (I believe his name is Louis) was absolutely excellent. On time, exact measurements, shutters fit perfectly. Initial installation appointment set without confirming and had to be reset. That was the only hitch.

I had really expensive drapes done years ago that didnt last, and jacoby co did new drapes at a fraction of the cost, with beautiful, long lasting material, and couldnt have been nicer and more professtional!

Experience with Jacoby was professional from start to finish. Would definitely use them again!

We first met Cory at a business networking event. We invited her to come to our home and collaborate on improvements to our window treatments. I have to say this is not one of our strong points, but Cory was wonderful and patient to work with. She made several trips to show us fabrics and style options. Cory and Gary truly transformed our home and even made the process fun.

Last service date was PERFECT; this recent contact to discuss new work couldn't have gone better--so excited!

Cory was wonderful to work with-- warm, professional, great energy, generous with design tips. She oversaw the entire installation. We had a tricky kitchen window that required some meticulous cutouts. Cory made sure that it was perfect. The shutters look amazing. Great quality. They were able to get them done quickly, but put up paper coverings for us for the few nights we were without coverage. Cory also worked hard to keep the price competitive. We just ordered the drapery and are excited to see how they turn out. We love the shutters!

cory and gary did a PHENOM job on my roller shades and drapes! extremely price competitive...yes, even against 3-day blinds :( on comparable lower end stuff, except jacoby offers a wide range of products, including upscale, modern options that you won't find at the mass market shops. cory's eye for detail/design and the time and effort she put into ensuring the right options for my surroundings and budget were a huge plus - something you can't underestimate when comparing alternatives. couldn't be happier with the outcome! side note: she also does design consult and i hired her for some remodeling in addition to the shades/drapes - paint, carpet, refinishing, interior design, etc. not only did she go above and beyond in ensuring all the elements blended seamlessly - in fact, spending much more time without cost choosing color palettes alone (trust me, it really is a mix of art and science), she eliminated many of the headaches involved by bringing on a great team of painters and carpet guys she's used many times before and overseeing the entire project from start to finish. she was a total hawk when it came to details and made sure no corners were cut - in some cases having the contractors re-do the same thing multiple times until it was just right. she really took the project to heart, and at times i felt she was way more passionate about the job than even me! all in all, extremely cost competitive; in a number of instances, she saved me major $s by finding less expensive work-arounds without sacrificing an ounce of quality and in other instances redirecting me away from more expensive options that would have caused me nothing but headaches down the road.

I called Cory after the first person I had called to help with my window treatments did not meet my expectations. When she arrived at my home for our first appointment I knew that I had found the right company! Cory is extremely professional, but also very warm and caring. She sought to understand exactly what we were looking for, as we needed window treatments in every room and bedding in two rooms, so this was a big project. She even sent me to the home of one of her clients to look at an idea she thought would work for my home. Even after fabrics and hardware were selected, she followed up several times with additional details until we got everything just right. Cory has incredible taste, and it doesn't take her long to come up with gorgeous solutions for every situation. The end result is AMAZING! We get so many compliments on our windows and I can't wait to have Cory back to finish up the house! If you are looking for a company that will truly change the look and feel of your home, you must call Jacoby Company!

I spoke with Gary on 6/6/2012 to inquire if the company would make 4 custom throw pillows, a relatively small job. He said they would, and gave a general price range. I asked if they would be able to source memory foam pillows, and he said he would check his suppliers and get back to me. I sent him an email that day to advise him that if he was unable to source memory foam, we would buy stock pillows and bring them in to have the cases made. I did not receive a response, so I left a voice message and emailed him again on 6/22/2012, but never heard back. If Jacoby did not want the job, they should have said so up front, and we would have sought another vendor. Instead, they behaved in an unprofessional manner by failing to respond. Gary, please don't waste my time, and I won't waste yours.

It was a very small job and I hesitated to call, but I did. Even though it was a small job, Gary took the time to make sure that everything was right. He came at a convenient time to measure and then arranged to come at a convenient time to install them. He told me to call if there was a problem. I had a problem with one of the shades, so he came back and fixed it. He put in as much attention to this job as I would expect on a much bigger job. He even fixed a few of my shutters. He was nice, courteous and responsive. I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them.

Cory came over to consult with us on options for our Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Room window treatments. She recommended custom wood shutters for all the rooms. We went with her recommendation. A few days later, she and an assistant came over to make detailed measurements. The shutters were custom built and painted (to match our trim). A few weeks later, they were installed. The installation was clean, quick and very professional. The shutters look beautiful and better than imagined! Cory was very helpful and patient during our design consultation. She offered her advice on several other design issues in our home while she was here. We were very pleased with the entire process. We were very overwhelmed with deciding on window treatments before we called Jacoby. As soon as we made the call to them, we knew we had made the right decision, and the whole thing couldn't have been easier. I think the shutters were a great investment, and worth every penny - especially considering the level of service we received.
